Հայաստանի ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը կազմել է 190 հազար 711 դրամ, որը 2016 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ աճել է՝ 183  հազար 189 դրամ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդհանուր աշխատավարձից 157 հազար 630-ը կազմում է  պետական սեկտորի միջին աշխատավարձի չափը, իսկ  230  հազար 551-ը՝ ոչ պետական: Ըստ հրապարակված տվյալների՝ այս տարվա հունիսի 1-ի դրությամբ՝ Հայաստանում ամենաբարձր միջին աշխատավարձը գրանցվել է Երեւանում՝ 203 հազար 547 դրամ, իսկ ամենացածրը՝  Արագածոտնի մարզում՝ 120 հազար 202 դրամ: Ըստ ոլորտային բաշխվածության՝ ամենաբարձր միջին ամսական աշխատավարձը գրանցվել է տեղեկատվության և կապի ոլորտում՝ 472 հազար 115, իսկ ամենացածրը՝ մշակույթի, զվարճությունների և հանգստի ոլորտում՝ 111 հազար 453 դրամ:
