Armenia24.info-ն գրում է.
Օրերս տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը՝ կնոջ կողմից քնած ամուսնու սպանությունը, թերևս կարելի էր քննարկել միայն դեպքի վերջնական հանգամանքներն ի հայտ գալուց հետո: Կարելի էր սպասել նաև դատաքննության ավարտին: Բայց արի ու տես, որ մենք՝ հայերս, անհամբեր ազգ ենք: Անհամբեր լինելուց բացի, սիրում ենք նաև դավադրությունների տեսություն:
Իսկ ի՞նչ էր տեղի ունեցել: Արմավիրի մարզպետի խորհրդականի՝ Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի կինը, ամուսնուն կացնով սպանել էր քնած ժամանակ, այնուհետ զանգահարել էր որդուն և միասին հեռացրել էին դիակը: Նետել այն Դալարիկի ձոր կոչվող տարածքում: Որդուն բաց թողեցին, իսկ կնոջը՝ ձերբակալեցին: Տեղի ունեցածն անշուշտ ողբերգություն է: Մենք հիմա չենք ուզենա տեսություններ զարգացնել հայկական ընտանիքում տիրող տարբեր իրավիճակների վերաբերյալ:
Սույն ակնարկում, մեզ ավելի շատ հետաքրքրական է սոց. ցանցային հասարակության, տվյալ դեպքում այսպես ասած ֆեմինիստների կամ բացառապես կանանց իրավունքներից հանդես եկող անձանց արձագանքը: Հայկական իրականության մեջ, զոհի կերպարով միշտ ներկայացվում է կինը և դա կարծես ընդունվում է մեծամասնության կողմից: Խնդիրը կոնկրետ դեպքի մեջ չէ, այլ՝ երևույթի:
Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ, նմանատիպ դեպք տեղի ունեցավ Լոռիում: Կինը գնդակահարեց ամուսնուն: Այս դեպքում, նա պարզապես նախապաշտպանվել էր: Եթե չսպաներ ամուսնուն, շատ հավանական է, որ ինքը սպանվեր: Ակնհայտ էր, որ այս դեպքում գործ ունենք ընտանեկան տևական բռնության և անկայուն հոգևիճակի հետ: Մարզպետի խորհրդականի սպանությունից անմիջապես հետո, եղավ նման արձագանք նաև նրա կնոջ պարագայում: Կինը տևական ժամանակ բռնության է ենթարկվել ամուսնու կողմից: Հարևանների կողմից նա ներկայացվում էր որպես համեստև զուստ կին: Ու այստեղ սկսվեց մառազմը: Ցանկացած բռնություն ունի իրավական գնահատական: Սակայն, ոմանք չսպասելով այդ իրավական գնահատականին, սկսեցին հանդես գալ ՝ մահ, բռնավոր ամուսիններին կոչերով: Մոտեցումն արդեն իսկ հիվանդագին է: Պայքարելով բռնության մի տեսակի դեմ, մարդիկ արդարացնում են ատելությունից կամ ճնշվածությունից ծնված մեկ այլ բռնություն:
Հետաքրքիր է, նրանք նույն կերպ կարող են արդարացնել Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի կողմից, քնած Գուրգեն Մարգարյանի կացնահարումը: Չէ որ, այդ նույն Սաֆարովն իրեն նվաստացած էր զգում ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում պարտվելու համար:
Երևույթն ինքնին ողբերգություն է: Կարծում ենք, այդ ողբերգության վրա իրավականություն կամ կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանություն կառուցելն ավելի քան անբարոյական է:
