Գազարի հյութի օգտակար և վնասակար հատկությունները

Թարմ բանջարեղենից պատրաստված հյութերը, այդ թվում՝ գազարի հյութը, համարվում են առողջարար: Բայց օրերս բժիշկները ժխտել են այդ կարծիքը և հայտարարել, որ գազարի հյութը կարող է վնասակար լինել:

 

Վերանայելով բազմաթիվ ուսումնասիրություններ և փորձերի արդյուքներ՝ գիտնականները եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ գազարի հյութը կարող է բերել սննդային թունավորման, առաջացնել գլխացավ, սրտխառնոց, փսխում:

 

Մեծ քանակությամբ օգտագործումն էլ կարող է բերել քնկոտության: Բայց, եթե գազարի հյութը խմեք չափավոր, ապա այն օգտակար է տեսողության, սրտի աշխատանքի, մազերի և մաշկի համար:

 

Մարդիկ, ովքեր ունեն քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ, պետք է շատ զգույշ լինեն գազարի հյութ օգտագործելիս: Օրինակ՝ դիաբետով հիվանդները պետք է շաբաթական մեկ բաժակ օգտագործեն: Ստամոքսի խոց կամ գաստրիտ ունեցողները ընդհանրապես պետք է հրաժարվեն գազարի հյութից:
