Թուրքիան պետք է հրաժարվի լրագրողներին մեղադրելուց. Թուրքիա

Ընդդիմադիր Cumhuriyet թերթի աշխատակիցների գործով Ստամբուլի դատարանի որոշումից հետո Թուրքիան պետք է հրաժարվի ահաբեկչությանն աջակցության մեջ լրագրողներին մեղադրելուց: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ԵԱՀԿ լրատվամիջոցների ազատության հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Հարլեմ Դեզիրը, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Cumhuriyet պարբերականի յոթ լրագրողներին ազատ արձակելու որոշումը կարեւոր քայլ էր: Սակայն փաստը, որ որոշ լրագրողներ կրկին բանտ են վերադարձել եւ նախկինի պես լուրջ քրեական հետապնդման են ենթարկվում, վկայում է Թուրքիայում լրատվամիջոցների ազատության ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակի մասին»,- ասված է ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցչի հայտարարությունում:
Դեզիրի խոսքով՝ առաջին լսումների ժամանակ հանցագործությունների որեւէ ապացույց չի ներկայացվել, որում մեղադրվում են լրագրողները:
«Բոլոր լրագրողները պետք է ազատ արձակվեն՝ առանց հետագայում անհիմն ձերբակալվելու վտանգի»,- ասել է Դեզիրը՝ հավելելով, որ դատական գործընթացը պետք է առավելագույն բաց եւ թափանցիկ լինի:
Ստամբուլի դատարանը հուլիսի 28-ին որոշել էր ազատ արձակել ընդդիմադիր Cumhuriyet-ի աշխատակիցներին՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ:
Դատարանը, միաժամանակ, հրաժարվել է ազատ արձակել մյուս հինգ մեղադրյալներին, այդ թվում՝ գլխավոր խմբագիր Մուրատ Սաբունջըին եւ պարբերականի գործադիր տնօրեն Աքին Աթալային:
