«Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գագաթնաժողովում Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ռուսաստանի, Ղազախստանի և Ղրղզստանի նախագահները որոշել են Վիկտոր Խրիստենկոյին ԵՏՄ տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում փոխարինել ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ, այժմ ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Սարգսյանով։ Սակայն այս պաշտոնի շուրջ նախապես «գզվռտոց» կար։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այս պաշտոնի համար պայքարում էր ՕԵԿ ղեկավար, իրեն ընդդիմություն հռչակած Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը։ Այդ պաշտոնին հասնելու համար նա հոկտեմբերի 8-ին մեկնել Էր Մոսկվա։ Ասում են, թե նա «մարդ–մուրդ» է խառնել, անգամ փորձել է դրա մեջ ներքաշել որդու քավոր Արա Աբրահամյանին։ Սակայն այս մասին իմացել է նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և խիստ զայրացել։
Այժմ քավոր-սանիկական կապերով կապված Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի և Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ղեկավար Արա Աբրահամյանի համագործակցությունը կարծես մտել է փակուղի, ՕԵԿ ղեկավարը փոքր-ինչ հեռացել է Արա Աբրահամյանից։ Օրինակ՝ տարօրինակ էր, երբ ասուլիսից հետո սոցցանցերում ահեղ դատաստանի էին ենթարկում Արա Աբրահամյանին, իսկ ՕԵԿ-ական ֆեյքերը լուռ էին։ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը հոկտեմբերի 21-22-ին մեկնում է Մադրիդ՝ մասնակցելու ԵԺԿ համագումարին։ Նա «սպառնացել» է, որ այդ համագումարին կպատմի «Հայկական վերածննդի» մասին, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ԵԺԿ ամբիոնից «փիս-փիս» բաներ կասի իշխանությունների առաջարկած սահմանադրության մասին, չէ՞ որ օրերս «Հայկական վերածնունդ» դարձած ՕԵԿ-ը հայտարարել էր սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները չպաշտպանելու մասին։ Այսպես Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը մի կողմից իշխանությանը, մյուս կողմից էլ Մոսկվային ցույց է տալիս իր նեղացածությունը»,–գրում է թերթը։
