Գնդապետը ոչ թե հեռացվել է, այլ՝ թոշակի է անցել, նա ոչ թե «գրավել», այլ մուտք է գործել սեփական հյուրանոց

«Փաստի» հուլիսի 27–ի թիվ 135 համարում տպագրվել էր «Ոստիկանական համակարգից հեռացված գնդապետը բառի բուն իմաստով գրավել է Երևանի SV հյուրանոցը» հոդվածը, որում, մասնավորապես, գրված էր. «Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ տարօրինակ միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի Մանանդյան 29/73 հասցեում գտնվող «Էս–Վի» հյուրանոցում: Մի խումբ մարդիկ մուտք գործելով հյուրանոց, հարձակվել են աշխատակիցների վրա, նրանց ուժով դուրս շպրտել շենքից ու գրավել հյուրանոցը: «Զորախմբի» գրոհը ղեկավարել է Ոստիկանությունից ժամանակին հեռացված գնդապետ Վարազդատ Ադամյանը (նա համակարգից հեռացվել էր Թամամյանի «գործով»): Արդեն մեկ շաբաթ է, ինչ անօրինականորեն Ադամյանը աշխատեցնում է հյուրանոցը: Հյուրանոցի աշխատակիցները մեզ տեղեկացրին, որ իրենք զանգահարել և դեպքի մասին տեղյակ են պահել և՛ ՊԵԿ–ի, և՛ Ոստիկանության «թեժ գծին», սակայն ոչ ոք մատը մատին չի տվել: Նշենք, որ հյուրանոցի տերը մեկ ուրիշ Վարազդատ է՝ անհատ ձեռներեց Վարազդատ Մանուկյանը»:
 
Երեկ «Փաստի» խմբագրություն այցելեց SV հյուրանոցի տնօրեն Արման Սամվելյանը ու խնդրեց և՛ հերքում տալ, և՛ պարզաբանում՝ այս հոդվածի առիթով:
 
Պարզվում է, որ հյուրանոցի նախկին տերը` Վարազդատ Մանուկյանը, դիմում է գրել Ոստիկանություն` նշելով, թե Վարազդատ Ադամյանը մի խումբ մարդկանց հետ մտել է հյուրանոց և «գրավել» այն: Այսինքն՝ նյութում գրվածը համապատասխանում է Ոստիկանությունում այս դեպքի մասին գրվածի հետ: Սակայն խնդիրն այն է, որ «ներխուժում և գրավում» չի եղել: Տնօրեն Արման Սամվելյանը խմբագրությանը ներկայացրեց փաստաթղթեր, ըստ որոնց Վարազդատ Ադամյանը դեռևս հունիսի 8–ին, հաղթելով աճուրդում, դարձել է հյուրանոցի սեփականատերը, իսկ սեփականաշնորհման վկայական ստացել է հուլիսի 18–ին: Այսինքն՝ մարդը ոչ թե ուրիշի հյուրանոց է մտել, այլ՝ իր սեփականությունը հանդիսացող շինություն:
Արման Սամվելյանը նաև հավելեց, որ թյուրիմացաբար, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Վարազդատ Ադամյանի մասին գրվել է, թե իբր նա հեռացվել է համակարգից: Իրականությունն այն է, որ գնդապետը պարզապես ավարտել է ծառայությունը և անցել վաստակած թոշակի:
