Լեհաստանի ոստիկանությունը եւ Ներքին ավտանգության գործակալությունը (ՆԱԳ) կազմում են «Օրենք եւ արդարություն» կառավարող կուսակցության կառավարության հակառակորդների ցուցակներ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հուլիսի 28-ին այս մասին հաղորդել Է Gazeta Wyborcza թերթը: Խոսքն, ամենից առաջ վերաբերում Է այն անձանց, ովքեր մասնակցել են հակակառավարական ցույցերին եւ բողոքի այլ ակցիաների:

«Այդ ցուցակի մեջ են մտցվում լուսնակար, անձնական տվյալներ, ինչպես նաեւ ավտոմոբիլի համարանիշը»,- գրում Է հրատարկությունը: Այդ ցուցակների շնորհիվ ոստիկաններն ազատ կարող են տվյալներ ստանալ բողոքների գլխավոր մասնակիցների մասին՝ դրա համար չպահանջելով դատարանի հատուկ թույլտվությունը, պնդում Է Gazeta Wyborcza-ն: Համակարգը կարող Է գործել նաեւ «դեմքերի ճանաչման» ռեժիմով:

Վերջին շաբաթներին Լեհաստանում տեղի են ունենում բողոքի զանգվածային ակցիաներ դատական բարեփոխում իրականացնելու՝ «Օրենք եւ արդարություն» կառավարող կուսակցության կառավարության պլանների դեմ, որն, ընդդիմության կարծիքով՝ կոչնչացնի դատական համակարգի անկախությունը եւ այն կենթարկի «Օրենք եւ արդարություն» կուսակցությանը: Վարշավայում, Կրակովում, Գդնասկում եւ մյուս խոշոր քաղաքներում ցույցերին մասնակցում են տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ: «Լեհաստանը վերածվում Է ոստիկանական պետության, եթե արդեն գաղտնի ծառայությունների աշխատակիցները հետեւում են ցուցարարներին եւ ընդդիմադիրներին»,- մեկնաբանել Է իրադրությունը Gazeta Wyborcza-ի գլխավոր խմբագրի տեղակալ Յարոսլավ Կուրսկին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
