Կալիֆորնիայի կենդանաբանական այգու աշխատակիցներից մեկը փղի մարսողությունը բարելավելու նպատակով նրան 22 հատ թուլացնող դեղամիջոցներ է տվել, որից քիչ հետո մոտեցել է փղին, որպեսզի տեսնի, թե ինչպես է ազդում նրա տված դեղը: Մոտենալով փղին հետևի կողմից այն պահին, երբ դեղն արդեն արել էր իր գործը, այգու աշխատակիցը մահացել էր ողբերգական և զավեշտալի հանգամանքներում…
Ամերիկացի Քեն Բարգերը գիշերն արթնացել էր հեռախոսազանգից: Լինելով կիսաքնած վիճակում` նա հեռախոսի փոխարեն ատրճանակն է վերցրել, դրել իր ականջին և սեղմել ձգանը:
Եգիպտական գյուղերից մեկում աննախադեպ դեպք է գրանցվել: Մի երեխա ցանկացել է հանել ջրահորն ընկած հավին, բայց ինքն է ընկել հորի մեջ և մահացել: Այնուհետև հորն է մտել 18-ամյա մի երիտասարդ և մահացել, որից հետո ջրահոր են մտել նրա քույրն ու երկու եղբայրները և մահացել: Օգնության հասած երկու մեծահասակները նույնպես ընկել են հորն ու մահացել: Երբ բոլորի դիակները հանել են հորից, պարզվել է, որ ողբերգության մեղավոր հավը կենդանի է մնացել այս ամենից հետո:
Ռիո դե-Ժանեյրոյի մայրուղիներից մեկի վրա, առավոտյան ժամը 6-ին, խիտ մառախուղի պայմաններում իրենց մեքենայով ընթացող մի զույգ որոշում է կայանել և արդյունքում կայանում է հակառակ ուղղությամբ` մայրուղու դիմային հատվածում: Եղանակային վատ պայմանները թույլ չեն տալիս բեռնատարի վարորդին նկատել անսովոր կայանված մեքենան: Արդյունքում 2 զոհ:
