Բարեփոխումների նոր փուլ սկսած պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն բիզնեսի հետ շփման միասնական հարթակ է ձևավորել: Հարկ վճարողները և Հայաստանի մաքսային սահմանը հատողներն այսուհետ կարող են իրենց հետաքրքրող տեղեկատվությունն ստանալ մեկ հասցեից՝ www.petekamutner.am կայքից: 

«Ամսական մինչև 360 000 այցելու ունեցող հարկային և մաքսային ծառայությունների կայքերը ստեղծված են եղել արդիական մոտեցումներով, սակայն ժամանակին համընթաց կատարելագործելու անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել»,-նշել է ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը: Բիզնեսի հետ կայուն երկխոսություն և գործընկերություն պահպանելու նպատակով ստեղծված կայքը միավորում է մաքսային և հարկային ծառայությունների մասնագիտացված կայքէջերը: «Այցելուների կարծիքի և նոր տեխնոլոգիաների հիման վրա ձևավորված հարթակը գործելու է օգոստոսի 1-ից»,-հայտնել է ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների վարչության պետ Միքայել Փաշայանը:

Կայքի շնորհանդեսին ներկա էին ՊԵԿ ղեկավարությունը, եկամուտների վարչարարության բարեփոխումների հասարակական խորհրդի անդամ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները: «Ողջունելի է, որ ՊԵԿ-ը հավատարիմ է մնում որդեգրած սկզբունքին և կարևորելով բիզնես հանրության հետ համագործակցությունը՝ նրանց շահերը ներկայացնող կառույցներին առաջարկում է գնահատել նորամուծությունն ու դիտողություններ ներկայացնել»,-նկատել է Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ հաշվապահների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Վահագն Համբարձումյանը:

Կայքում առանձնացված է «Էլեկտրոնային ծառայություններ» բաժինը, որտեղ հնարավոր է իրականացնել բոլոր այն գործարքները, որոնք կոմիտեն էլեկտրոնային է դարձրել՝ արդիական գործելաոճ առաջարկելով բիզնեսին: Տեղեկատվությունը տարանջատված է ըստ թիրախային խմբերի. անհատ ձեռներեցը, ներկրողը, արտահանողը կամ զբոսաշրջիկը շատ արագ կարող են գտնել իրենց հարցերի պատասխանները: Նոր ձևավորմամբ հարկային օրացույցը հարկ վճարողին հուշում է՝ երբ և ինչ հարկատեսակ վճարել: Իսկ ներքին և ԵՏՄ տարանցման փնտրման համակարգերը ցույց են տալիս, թե ապրանք ներկրող բեռնատարը մաքսային սահմանը երբ է հատել և ուր է ուղևորվում: «Կայքի միջոցով հնարավոր է ստուգել ՀԴՄ կտրոնի, դրոշմապիտակի վավերականությունը, ստանալ ներմուծողի, արտադրողի կամ ժամկետի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն. այսինքն՝ ՊԵԿ-ը սպառողին տրամադրում է հսկողական գործիքակազմը՝ հանրային հսկման հնարավորություն ստեղծելով»,-ընդգծել է Միքայել Փաշայանը՝ հավելելով, որ ՊԵԿ-հարկ վճարող առցանց շփումը խրախուսելու նպատակով գործարկված միասնական հարթակը միտված է գործարարի հարմարավետությանը և կոմիտեի հետ շփման նվազեցմանը: «Mobile» տարբերակի շնորհիվ կայք կարելի է մուտք գործել նաև բոլոր տեսակի սմարթֆոններից:
