7 միլիոն 923 հազար դրամ՝ «Բնագետի» ձեռք բերման նպատակով

Կրթության նախարարությունը ավելի քան 7 միլիոն դրամ կվճարի «Բնագետ» մանկավարժական պարբերականի գնման ծախսերի համար: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության կայքի՝ Մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ ենթաբաժնից:
 
Ընդհանուր առմամբ նախարարությունը կվճարի 7 միլիոն 923 հազար դրամ թվով 5700 գրքի համար: Սրա վերաբերյալ պայմանագիրը կնքվել է այս տարվա մայիսի 19–ին: Գնման պայմանագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը իրեն անհրաժեշտ պարբերականը գնելու է «Բնագետ» ՍՊԸ–ից, որի տնօրենը Կամո Աթայանն է, ով նաև պարբերականի գլխավոր խմբագրի տեղակալն է: Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ պարբերականը տպագրվում է տարվա մեջ երեք անգամ, որի պատճառով ընկերությունից պարբերականի գնումը երեք անգամ տեղի կունենա: «Բնագետի» կազմն ըստ պայմանագրի՝ բրյոշուր է, թուղթն էլ՝ օֆսեթ:
 
Պայմանագրում նաև մի կետ կա, ըստ որի՝ բոլոր ապրանքները, այս դեպքում՝ պարբերականների համարները, պետք է լինեն նոր, այն է՝ չօգտագործված: Պայմանագրից նաև տեղեկանում ենք, որ մայրաքաղաքում և մարզերում պարբերականի համարների բաշխումը պիտի տեղի ունենա Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և մարզպետարանների կրթության վարչությունների կողմից: Ըստ աղյուսակի՝ ամենից շատ պարբերականներ կբաժանվեն Լոռու մարզում՝ 169 հատ, այնուհետև Շիրակի մարզում՝ 168 և երրորդ տեղում Երևանն է, որտեղ կբաժանվի ընդհանուր առմամբ 160 օրինակ: Մարզերից ամենապասիվն այս տեսանկյունից Վայոց ձորի մարզն է, քանի որ այստեղ նման գրականության պահանջարկը սահամանափակվում է 53 օրինակով:
 
Բացի մարզերի և մայրաքաղաքի հանրակրթական դպրոցների՝ «Բնագետ» նախատեսված է նաև մի քանի այլ հաստատությունների համար, ինչպիսիք են Արդարադատության նախարարությունը, Ազգային գրադարանը, Գիտության պետական կոմիտեն, ԼՂՀ ԿԳ նախարարությունը և այլն:
 
Պայմանագրում նաև ասված է, որ այն ենթակա է վճարման 2017 թ. պետական բյուջեի «Ավարտական փաստաթղթերի, գովասանագրերի, դասամատյանների, մեդալների, ծրարների, ուսումնական ծրագրերի, մանկավարժական պարբերականների և ուսումնադիտողական պարագաների ձեռքբերում ծրագրից»:
 
Դիտելով Հայաստանում հրատարակվող գիտական պարբերականների ցանկը՝ տեսնում ենք, որ «Բնագետ» ԵՊՀ–ի հրատարակած գիտական ամսագրերի ցանկում է գտնվում: Նշենք, որ այս պարբերականը հրատարկվում է 1997 թ. սկզբից, և այն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ ԲՈՒՀ–երի ցանկում:
