ԱՄՆ-ի Սենատն ընդունեց Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների խստացման օրինագիծը

ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսի Սենատը հուլիսի 27-ին հավանություն տվեց այն օրինագծին, որը նախատեսում Է ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների խստացում Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի եւ ԿԺԴՀ-ի նկտամամբ: Օրինագծի ընդունման օգտին տրվել Է 98 ձայն: Դեմ են հանդես եկել սոսկ անկախ սենատոր Բեռնի Սանդերսը, որն անցյալ տարի Հիլարի Քլինթոնին տանուլ տվեց նախագահ ընտրվելու իրավունքը, եւ հանրապետական Ռենդ Փոլը: Վերջինս պահպանողական Է, որը հանդես Է գալիս արտաքին քաղաքականության բնագավառում ուրշի գործերին հնարավորինս քիչ միջամտելու օգտին:

Քանի որ հուլիսի 26-ին նույն օրինագծի օգտին քվեարկել Էր Ներկայացուցնիչների պալատի անդամների մեծասանությունը (419 ընդդեմ 3-ի – ծանոթ. ՏԱՍՍ), փաստաթուղթը, որն ստացել Է «Պատժամիջոցներով Ամերիկայի հակառակորդներին հակազդելու մասին օրենք» անվանումը, կդրվի Դոնալդ Թրամփի աշխատանքային սեղանին: Սպիտակ տունը վերջին օրերին ազդանշաններ Էր տվել, որ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահը հավանություն Է տալիս հիշյալ երեք պետությունների դեմ սահմանափակիչ միջոցների խստացմանը, սակայն որոշում կընդունի այն բանից հետո, երբ ծանոթանա օրինագծի վերջնական տարբերակին:

Ըստ որում առայժմ հայտնի չԷ, թե Թրամփը մտադիր Է արդյոք ստորագրել փաստաթուղթը: Սպիտակ տան Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունում հուլիսի 27-ի երեկոյան հրաժարվել են պարզություն մտցնել այս հարցում: Reuters գործակալության վկայությամբ, որը վկայակոչում Է Սպիտակ տան մի անհայտ ներկայացուցչի, կարող Է անցնել մի երկու օր, նախքան օրինագիծը ներկայացվի ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի ստորագրմանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
