2 Կավով թաղանթապատում
Դեղատներից կարելի է ձեռք բերել տարբեր տեսակի կավեր: Հակացելյուլիտային լավ ազդեցություն ունի երկնագույն կավը, այն նաև ակտիվացնում է մաշկի նյութափոխանակությունը և հակաբորբոքային հատկություն ունի: Ուղղակի բացեք այն տաք ջրով և քսեք մարմնի պրոբլեմային հատվածին:
3 Թաղանթապատում խնձորի քացախով
Բացեք խնձորի քացախը ջրով 1:1 հարաբերությամբ: Ստացված լուծույթը քսեք մաշկին: Փաթաթեք սննդային թաղանթով:
4 «Քաղցր կյանք»
Գոլորշու վրա հալեցրեք սև շոկոլադի երկու սալիկ: Տաք զանգվածը քսեք մաշկին և փաթաթեք սննդային թաղանթով: Շոկոլադը հիանալի ձգում է մաշկը, խթանում է կոլագենի և էլաստինի սինթեզի գործընթացին:
5 «Կրակ»
Աղացած կոճապղպեղը խառնեք ձիթայուղի հետ, քսեք ստացված զանգվածը մաշկին: Կարող եք օգտագործել կոճապղպեղի թարմ արմատները. Անցկացրեք այն մանր քերիչով: Կոճապղպեղի տաքացնող ազդեցության շնորհիվ, ճարպերի այրման գործընթացն արագանում է:
Նիհարելու գործընթացն արագացնելու համար կատարեք ցելոֆանապատում մաշկը սկրաբով մաքրելուց հետո: Իսկ ճարպերն այրող վարժությունները լրացուցիչ կամրացնեն մկանները:
