Ճարպակալմամբ տառապող դեռահասները 71 տոկոսով ավելի հաճախ են քաղցկեղով հիվանդանում

Մարդիկ, որոնք դեռահաս տարիքում ճարպակալում են ունեցել, հասուն տարիքում 71 տոկոսով ավելի հաճախ են բախվում քաղցկեղին, քան նրանք, ում քաշը մշտապես նորմայի սահմաններում է եղել: Այս մասին հայտնում են Թել Ավիվի համալսարանի գիտնականները:
Նրանք այս թեմայով ամենախոշոր հետազոտությունն են անցկացրել, որը ցույց է տվել, որ դեռահաս տարիքում ճարպակալմամբ տառապած տղամարդիկ 71 տոկոսով ավելի հաճախ են հիվանդանում ուղիղ աղիի քաղցկեղով: Ինչ վերաբերում է կանանց, որոնք դեռահաս տարիքում ավելորդ քաշ են ունեցել, նրանց շրջանում չարորակ ուռուցքների առաջացման հավանականությունը գրեթե 2 անգամ մեծանում է: Դրանից բացի, ինչպես ցույց է տվել հետազոտությունը, ավելորդ քաշը աղիների քաղցկեղի հավանականությունը մեծացնում է տղամարդկանց դեպքում 53 տոկոսով, իսկ կանանց դեպքում՝ 54 տոկոսով:
Նախորդ հետազոտություններով նաև ենթադրում էին, որ ավելորդ քաշը քաղցկեղի հավանականությունը մեծացնում է բորբոքային պրոցեսների և իմունային համակարգի խանգարումների խթանման հաշվին, կամ հորմոնների վրա ներգործության պատճառով: Այժմ իսրայելցի գիտնականները վերլուծել են 16-ից մինչև 19 տարեկան ավելի քան մեկ միլիոն տղամարդկանց և 700 հազարից ավելի կանանց հիվանդությունների պատմությունները 1967-ից 2002 թվականների ժամանակահատվածում: Այս հետազոտության բոլոր մասնակիցները 17 տարեկան դառնալու պահին բժշկական զննում են անցել, իսկ հետո նրանց հետևել են մինչև 2012 թվականը: Հետազոտության արդյունքները միանշանակ ցույց են տվել, որ դեռահասային ճարպակալումը էապես մեծացնում է հասուն տարիքում ուռուցքների առաջացման հավանականությունը:
Նշենք, որ քաղցկեղը մանկական և դեռահաս տարիքում ճարպակալման ամենևին էլ միակ վտանգը չէ: Ուրիշ հետազոտողներ այն եզրակացության են եկել, որ ավելորդ քաշով տառապող երեխաները և դեռահասները մեծ տարիքում ավելի հաճախ են բախվում սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդություններին, իսկ նրանց կյանքի տևողությունը նվազել է նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, եթե նրանք դիետաների և ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածության օգնությամբ քաշը նորմային են վերադարձրել:
