Անբարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողները պետք է վճարեն առաջին կիսամյակում չվճարված հարկերը. ՊԵԿ-ը ստուգումների նոր փուլ է սկսում

ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի հանձնարարությամբ հանդիպումներ են սկսվել հարկային տեսչությունների բոլոր ծառայությունների հետ, որոնց նպատակն է ամփոփել հարկային ստվերի վերհանման և կրճատման ուղղությամբ առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներն, այդ թվում՝ նախանշելով այն գործողությունները, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն առաջիկա 6 ամսվա ընթացքում: Նախորդ ամիսներին ստվերի գնահատմանն ուղղված անհատական վերլուծությունների արդյունքում կոմիտեն առանձնացրել է ռիսկային հարկ վճարողներին, որոնք առաջիկայում կլինեն ՊԵԿ-ի դիտակետում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

100մլն և ավելի շրջանառություն ունեցող ռիսկային տնտեսվարողներին կոմիտեն հորդորում է վճարել հունվարի մեկից հուլիսի մեկն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում չվճարված հարկերը. «Առաջարկելու ենք, որպեսզի հարկ վճարողները կամավոր ներկայացնեն ճշտված հաշվարկներ և վճարեն նախորդ 6 ամսվա ընթացքում չվճարված հարկերը: Հակառակ դեպքում, օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված կարգով, կազմելու ենք համապատասխան հաշվարկներ՝ ներառելով նաև հարկերից խուսափելու համար նախատեսված տույժ-տուգանքները և ուղարկելու ենք իրավական գնահատական տալու, իսկ հիմքերի առկայության դեպքում՝ նաև քրեական գործեր հարուցելու»,-մատնանշել է ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյան: Մինչև 100 մլն շրջանառություն ունեցող ռիսկային հարկ վճարողների նկատմամբ ՊԵԿ-ի գործիքակազմն այլ է: Կարեն Բրուտյանի խոսքով՝ այս դեպքում կոմիտեն հետևելու է շուկաների օրինաչափություններին՝ հարկային իմաստով. «Օրինաչափություններից շեղվողներին առաջարկելու ենք նվազեցնել հարկային ռիսկերը, առաջարկներին չհետևելու դեպքում հսկողական գործիքների միջոցով ստիպելու ենք: Մեր գործողությունների հիմնական ուղերձն այն է, որ բոլորը պետք է վճարեն բոլոր հարկերը»: Ի տարբերություն ռիսկային հարկ վճարողների՝ բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողները մտահոգվելու առիթ չպետք է ունենան:  Առաջիկա ամիսներին ՊԵԿ վարչարարության հիմքում նաև օրենսդրական սողանցքների՝ իրական հարկային պարտավորությունները նվազեցնելու հնարավորություն ընձեռող իրավական մեխանիզմների բացառումն է:
