1. Արագ սննդի համար գոյություն ունենալ ամենալավ ժամերը։ Պետք է արագ սննդի ռեստորաններ  այցելել ժամը 11։00-ին և 13։00, ինչպես նաև 18։00 մինչև 20։00։  Չնայած ազատ սեղան այդ ժամերին դժվար է  գտնել, սակայն ուտելիքը թարմ է լինում։

2. Ցանկանում եք թարմ կարտոֆիլ, պատվիրեք առանց աղ։ Կարտոֆիլը պատրաստելուց անմիջապես հետո աղ  են լցնում, իսկ եթե Դուք պատվիրեք առանց աղ կարտոֆիլ, ապա աշխատակիցները ստիպված կլինեն հատուկ Ձեզ համար նոր ֆրի պատրաստել։

3. Խոհանոցի հոտը  մարկենտինգի մի մասն է։ Շատ ռեստորանները նախընտրում են համոզված լինել, որ խոհանոցի հոտը հասնի անցորդների քթերին,  իսկ շատերն էլ՝ դիտավորյալ են խոհանոցի դուռը բաց թողնում։ 

4. Կոլան ավելի էժան է, քան թեյը, քանի որ այն ախորժակ է բացում։

5. Արագ սնունդն ավելի յուղային է, քան 30 տարի առաջ։ Չիզբուրգերում առկա է 75 % կալորիա,  պիցցայում՝ 70%։

6. Կաթնային կոկտեյլում շաքարը 2-3 անգամ շատ է օրական նորմայից։ Մարդը օրական պետք է օգտագործի 25-50 գրամ շաքարավազ, այն դեպքում, երբ կաթնային կոկտեյլի մեջ առկա է 80 գրամ։

7. Ձեռքերով ուտելը համեղ է։ Դուք չեք մտածել, թե ինչու եք արագ սննդի ռեստորաններում սպասք չեն առաջարկում, քանի որ ձեռքերով  ուտելու ժամանակ, մարդը ավելի շատ հաճույք է ստանում և արդյունքում ավելի շատ է ուտում։

8. Արագ սննդի ռեստորաններում ավտոմատները, որոնցից տրվում են գազավորված ըմպելիքները, շատ դժվար է  լավանալ։ Պատկերացրեք որքան միկրոբներ, բակտերիաներ են այնտեղ հավաքվել, չէ՞ որ քաղցր միջավայրը շատ լավ է անդրադառնում «բնակիչների» վրա։
