Իրանի դեմ ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցները կհարվածեն բանկերին

Վերջին օրերին Իրանի տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ անընդհատ պնդում են, որ Թեհրանի դեմ ամերիկյան նոր պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու՝ վաշինգտոնյան ջանքերը չեն հաջողությամբ պսակվել այն պարզ պատճառով, որ ոչ ոք չի կարող Իրանին ու նրա ժողովրդի միասնականությունը ծնկի բերել:
 
Հնարավոր է՝ ասվածում իսկապես ճշմարտության հատիկ կա, որովհետև Իրանն, այնուամենայնիվ, ոչ Սիրիա է, ոչ էլ նույնիսկ Ռուսաստան, անգամ եթե Մոսկվան սպառազինության առումով գերազանցում է Թեհրանին: Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցներն ու տնտեսության վրա դրանց հնարավոր ազդեցությունը նույնպես չի կարելի թերագանահատել, որովհետև, Իրանն, այնուամենայնիվ, կարող է շատ թանկ գին վճարել իր դիմադրության համար, օրինակ, բանկային ոլորտում, որտեղ առկա խնդիրներն այս պահին արդեն իսկ մտահոգության տեղիք են տալիս:

Ինչո՞ւ. որովհետև վերջին շրջանում Իրանի բանկային համակարգում նկատելիորեն մեծացել են բնակչության և հատկապես տնտեսվարողների կողմից ձեռք բերված վարկերի սպասարկման դժվարությունները, ինչն արտահայտվում է չաշխատող, կամ՝ ոչ արդյունավետ աշխատող վարկերի տեսակարար կշռի աճով: Եվ չնայած սրա համար փորձագետները նախկին նախագահ Մահմուդ Ահմադինեժադին են մեղադրում, որն ԱՄՆ խիստ պատժամիջոցների կիրառման տարիներին բանկերին կանգնեցրեց տնտեսության այս կամ այն ճյուղը պարտադիր վարկավորելու առաջ, բայց ոչ ոք չի կարող պնդել, թե ինքն էլ իր հերթին նույնը չէր անի: Այլ խոսքով՝ բացարձակ շրջափակման պայմաններում չէր գնա երկրի տնտեսությունը փրկելու այդ հուսահատ քայլին:
 
Բայց այդ խնդիրը մի կողմ թողնենք և պարզապես արձանագրենք, որ այսօր արդեն իրանական ընկերությունները, որոնք առանց այդ էլ ցածր եկամտի պարագայում խնդիր ունեն վարկերի սպասարկման առումով, ամերիկյան նոր պատժամիջոցների պատճառով նոր դժվարությունների առջև կկանգնեն, և խնդրահարույց վարկերի չափը բանկային սեկտորում էականորեն կավելանա:
 
Միևնույն ժամանակ ակնհայտ է, որ ինչ էլ լինի՝ ավելի վատ չի լինի, քան՝ 2008–ին, երբ ողջ աշխարհն էր Իրանին դեմ, իսկ ներդրումները, որոնք բավական դինամիկ աճ են արձանագրել, ուղղակի զրոյական էին: Ցավոք, վերջին երկու տարիների տվյալները չկարողացանք գտնել, իսկ դա կարևոր է, որովհետև հիմնական հաջողությունները հենց այդ տարիներին են գրանցվել: Բայց այս աղյուսակից էլ պարզ է, որ Իրանը ներդրումների հետ այլևս խնդիրներ չունի և գուցե կարողանա անցնցում դուրս գալ ֆինանսական այն ճգնաժամից, որի մասին վերևում խոսեցինք:
