Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին ավերված Թալիշում վերակառուցման աշխատանքները ընթացքի մեջ են՝ ջրամատակարարման համակարգն է փոխվում, առանձնատների վրա են աշխատանքներ տարվում. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Թալիշի գյուղապետ Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը: Ըստ նրա, հանդիսությունների սրահը, գյուղապետարանի շենքը ավարտական փուլում են:
«Մանկապարտեզի հիմքի վրա են հիմա աշխատում, ապաստարանների հարցն են լուծում, նաև անհատական բնակարանային ֆոնդի»,-ասաց գյուղապետը և նշեց, որ դպրոցի վերակառուցման աշխատանքներ դեռևս չկան:
Թալիշի գյուղապետը նշեց, որ ընտանիքները դեռևս չեն վերադարձել, միայն տղամարդիկ են: «Գյուղում դեռևս միայն տղամարդիկ են, ովքեր էլ ընդգրկված են թե՛ ծառայության մեջ, թե՛ շինաշխատանքներում, բայց ընտանիքներ դեռ չկան: Երբ կառուցվի, ավարտվի, կվերադառնան»,-ասաց նա:
Չնայած դրան, գյուղապետը նշեց, որ գյուղը շարունակում է հակառակորդի կողմից դիտարկման տակ մնալ: «Իհարկե ոչ ենթակառուցվածքները, բայց անհատական տների մեջ կան, որ դիտարկվում են թշնամու դիրքերից»,-ասաց նա:
Ըստ Վիլեն Պետրոսյանի՝ գյուղացիները հիմնականում համախմբվել են Ալաշանում, որը գտնվում է Դրմբո գյուղից դեպի Մարտակերտի շրջանն ընկած տեղամասում:
«Գյուղից Ալաշանը 40 կմ է հեռու: Դա բնակավայր չէ, ժամանակին հանգստի գոտի է եղել, և մշտական չէ մեր բնակվելն այստեղ, ուղղակի այնքան, որ տեղավորվել ենք»,-ասաց նա:
Պետրոսյանի խոսքով՝ Ալաշանում թալիշցիների 40 ընտանիք է տեղավորվել՝ շուրջ 160 բնակիչ, և դեռ ավելանում են:
«Հիմա նոր տնակներ են տեղադրվում, և այն ընտանիքները, որ ժամանակավոր տեղավորվել էին Դրմբո կամ այլ գյուղեր, գալիս են Ալաշան, հիմա 3 ընտանիքներ էլ կգան: Հետո Հայաստան տեղափոխված թալիշցիներից էլ, իհարկե ոչ բոլորը, եկել են հետ»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ կլինեն նորերը՝ տնակները վերջացնելուց հետո:
Թալիշի գյուղապետը նշեց, որ Ալաշանում բնակվող ընտանիքներին շարունակում են աջակցել, օրինակ բերեց, որ բարեգործական ծրագրով 15 ընտանիքի տրամադրել են 15 կով՝ իրենց հորթուկներով:
