Չինարի գյուղի գնդակոծման պահին գյուղի մանկապարտեզում եղել են «Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչի» աշխատակիցներ

Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղում, հուլիսի 20-ին, Ադրբեջանի զինուժի կողմից գնդակոծության ժամանակ եղել են «Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչ» ընկերության աշխատակիցներ. նրանք առաջին օգնության ցուցաբերման հետ կապված ինչ-որ դասընթացներ անցկացնելիս են եղել գյուղի մանկապարտեզում, երբ սկսվել են կրակոցները:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, մանկապարտեզի ինտենսիվ գնդակոծությունից պաշտպանվելու համար «Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչ» ընկերության աշխատակիցները պատսպարվել են շենքում եւ միայն երեկոյան են կարողացել վերադառնալ Բերդ՝ այդպիսով ակամա դառնալով գյուղի գնդակոծման ականատեսը:

NEWS.am-ը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից փորձեց ճշտել՝ արդյոք հարուցված քրեական գործերի շրջանակում ստուգվե՞լ է «Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչ» ընկերության աշխատակիցների՝ գյուղում գտնվելու փաստը, եւ արդյոք նրանցից դեպքի մասին բացատրություններ վերցվե՞լ են:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում հաստատեց որ այդ օրը «Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչ» ընկերության աշխատակիցները գտնվել են Չինարիում, եւ հարուցված քրեական գործերից մեկի շրջանակում տվել են ցուցմունքներ: Սակայն նա հրաժարվեց մանրամասներ հայտնել՝ նշելով, որ դրանք քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալներ լինելով հանդիսանում են նախաքննական գաղտնիք եւ այս փուլում հրապարակման ենթակա չեն:   

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 20-ին Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի ուղղությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերից գյուղի ուղղությամբ արձակվել էին կրակոցներ՝ որի հետեւանքով վնասվել էր մանկապարտեզը, ոչնչացվել էր գյուղացիներին պատկանող գույքը: Հասցված վնասը կազմում է մոտ 12մլն դրամ։

Չինարի գյուղի գնդակոծման, մանկապարտեզի, գյուղացիների գույքը ոչնչացնելու, վնասելու, անչափահասին սպանելու փորձ կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել, որոնց շրջանակում իրականացվում են քննչական գործողություններ:
