Ինչպե՞ս պետք է սնվեն հղի կանայք ամռան շոգին։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին պատմեց մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Պավել Սոցկին։

Որքա՞ն հաճախ ուտել

Օրվա ընթացքում պետք է 5-6 անգամ ուտել՝ փոքր չափաբաժիններով։ Դա ոչ միայն թույլ կտա օրվա ընթացքում սով չզգալ, այլեւ կօգնի հղիության ընթացքում ավելորդ քաշ չհավաքել։ Իսկ օրվա ընթացքում ընդամենը 1-2 անգամ ուտելը շատ սխալ է, ասում է Պավել Սոցկին։

Ի՞նչ ուտել

Հղիներին ամռանը, ինչպես եւ տարվա բոլոր այլ եղանակներին, խորհուրդ է տրվում վիտամիններով եւ միկրոէլեմենտներով հարուստ սնունդ օգտագործել։ Միրգն ու բանջարեղենը ամռանը վիտամինների լավագույն աղբյուրն են, այդ պատճառով, դրանք պետք է անպայման սննդակարգում ներառել, բացառելով, բնականաբար, ալերգիա առաջացնող մթերքները։

Սնունդը նաեւ պետք է հարուստ լինի սպիտակուցներով, քանի որ դրանք անհրաժեշտ են թե մորը, թե պտղին։ Սպիտակուցներով լի են միսն ու ձուկը։ Ի դեպ, գինեկոլոգը խորհուրդ է տալիս հղիներին անպայման ձուկ ուտել՝ նույնիսկ ամռանը։ Բայց քանի որ շոգ ժամանակ ձուկը շատ շուտ է փչանում, պետք է ընտրել շատ թարմ ձուկ եւ այն երկար չպահել։

NEWS.am Medicine-ի թղթակցին Պավել Սոցկին պատմեց, որ ամռան շոգին հղիներին խորհուրդ է տրվում նաեւ սառը «զովացուցիչ» ապուրներ ուտել՝ օրինակ, մածնաբրդոշ կամ բազուկապուր։ Կաթնամթերքը հղի կանանց համար նույնպես շատ կարեւոր է, քանի որ կալցիում է պարունակում։

Ի դեպ, եթե կինը նոր է հղիացել եւ սրտխառնոցներով եւ տոքսիկոզով է տառապում, նրան խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել սառը սնունդ (ոչ թե սառեցված, այլ ոչ տաք)՝ պառկած կամ կիսապառկած վիճակում։

Ի՞նչ չարժե ուտել/խմել

Գազավորված ըմպելիքներ հղիներին խորհուրդ չի տրվում խմել՝ ոչ ամռանը, ոչ էլ տարվա այլ եղանակներին։ Դրանք իրականում չեն զովացնում եւ կարող են մի շարք խնդիրներ առաջացնել; բացի այդ, դրանք շատ շաքար են պարունակում եւ կարող են հղի կնոջը ավելորդ կիլոգրամներ «պարգեւել»։

Ֆաստ-ֆուդ օգտագործելը նույնպես ցանկալի չէ, քանի որ այդ արագ սնունդ կոչվածը որպես կանոն շատ յուղոտ է եւ դժվարամարս։
