Հայաստանում գյուղացիներին 5 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով վարկեր կտրամադրվեն

Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը ծրագիր է մշակում, որով նախատեսվում է գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին պետության կողմից աջակցությունն ավելացնել: ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանի խոսքով` եթե ներկայումս գյուղատնտեսական վարկերը տրամադրվում են տարեկան 14 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով, որից 6 տոկոսը սուբսիդավորում է պետությունը, իսկ 8 տոկոսը գյուղացին, ապա ծրագրով նախատեսվում է գյուղացու տոկոսադրույքը սահմանել 5 տոկոս:
«Մնացածը սուբսիդավորելու է պետությունը: Բացի այդ, սոցիալական աջակցություն ստացող սահմանամերձ գյուղերի համար նախատեսվել է սահմանել տարեկան 3 տոկոս տոկոսադրույք: Այս տարի նախատեսվում է շուրջ 7.5 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրումային պորտֆել, իսկ հաջորդ տարիներին այն կհասնի 10 միլիարդի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Մակարյանը:
Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալի խոսքով` ներկայումս գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին տրամադրվող մինչև 3 միլիոն դրամի վարկերը նախատեսվում է ավելացնել 3-10 միլիոն դրամի սահմաններում:
Ըստ Մակարյանի` 2018 թվականից նախատեսվում է նաև ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով մշակվող ինտենսիվ պտղատու այգիների ծրագիր իրականացնել:
«Պետության կողմից կլինի վարկի սուբսիդավորում և բավականին էժան տոկոսադրույքով վարկեր կտրամադրվեն շահառուներին: Մինչև օգոստոսի 8-ը գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության բուսաբուծության վարչությունը ընդունում է այս ծրագրով հետաքրքրվող գյուղացիների դիմումները»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
Նախարարի տեղակալը նաև նշեց, որ գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի մարզային մասնաճյուղերի կողմից կազմակերպվելու է ուսուցում, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն գյուղտեխնիկայի իմացության, ֆինանսական գրագիտության բարձրացմանը և այլն:
