Իսրայելը ցանկանում է զարգացնել բարեկամական հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ. Ցախի Հանեգբի

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հուլիսի 25-ին հանդիպեց պաշտոնական այցով Երևան ժամանած Իսրայելի տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության նախարար Ցախի Հանեգբիի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը կարևորեց Իսրայելի նախարարի այցը Հայաստան, ընդգծելով, որ հայ և հրեա ժողովուրդների հարաբերությունները պատմական խոր արմատներ ունեն, ինչը լավ հիմք է ստեղծում՝ միջպետական համագործակցության զարգացման համար։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևան այցելելու հրավերի և ջերմ ընդունելության համար նախարար Հանեգբին նշեց, որ Իսրայելը ցանկանում է զարգացնել բարեկամական հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ և դա իր այցելության հիմնական ուղերձն է։
Հանդիպմանը զրուցակցիները հանգամանալից անդրադարձ կատարեցին երկկողմ օրակարգի տարբեր հարցերի, քննարկեցին հրատապ տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային խնդիրներ։
Նախարարները գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեցին հասարակական մակարդակով հայ-իսրայելական շփումների ակտիվացումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրանք նպաստում են միջպետական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանը։
Էդվարդ Նալաբանդյանը և Ցախի Հանեգբին կարևորեցին իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնմնումը, արտգործնախարարությունների միջև խորհրդակցությունների անցկացումը, միջազգային կազմակերպություններում փոխգործակցության սերտացումը, միջխորհրդարանական փոխանակումների ակտիվացումը։
Բանակցությունների օրակարգում էին առևտրատնտեսական կապերի խթանմանն ուղղված քայլերը, երկուստեք կարևորվեց զբոսաշրջության ներուժի լիարժեք օգտագործումը։
Զրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին մշակույթի, գիտության և կրթության ոլորտներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության խորացմանն առնչվող հարցեր:
Նախարար Ցախի Հանեգբին ներկայացրեց Իսրայելի մոտեցումները տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների շուրջ:
Հյուրի խնդրանքով Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը անդրադարձավ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացն առաջ մղելու նպատակով համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների կողմից ձեռնարկվող ջանքերին:
Հանդիպումից հետո տեղի ունեցավ փաստաթղթերի ստորագրման արարողությունը, որի ժամանակ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն ու Իսրայելի տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության նախարարը ստորագրեցին «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կառավարության և Իսրայելի Պետության Կառավարության միջև դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալու պահանջի վերացման մասին» համաձայնագիրը և «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կառավարության և Իսրայելի Պետության Կառավարության միջև եկամուտների և գույքի կրկնակի հարկումը բացառելու և հարկումից խուսափելը կանխելու մասին» կոնվենցիան։ Հայաստանի Մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանն ու Ցախի Հանեգբին ստորագրեցին «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կառավարության և Իսրայելի Պետության Կառավարության միջև Մշակույթի, Կրթության և Գիտության, Սպորտի և Երիտասարդության ոլորտներում 2017-2020թթ. համագործակցության մասին» ծրագիրը։
