ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողն ընդունել է էստոնական Պատվո դատարանի նախագահին

ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Միհրան Պողոսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Էստոնիայի դատական կատարողների և սնանկության կառավարիչների պալատի Պատվո դատարանի նախագահ Ուրմաս Տարնոյին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԴԱՀԿ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը կարևորել է Էստոնիայի դատական կատարողների և սնանկության կառավարիչների պալատի հետ համագործակցության խորացումը և ընդլայնումը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Միհրան Պողոսյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունը հետաքրքրված է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման ոլորտում էստոնական փորձով, քանի որ Էստոնիան այդ ոլորտում լուրջ առաջընթաց է արձանագրել: ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողն այդ համատեքստում կարևորել է 2013 թ. մայիսի 16-ին ՀՀ հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության ու Էստոնիայի դատական կատարողների և սնանկության կառավարիչների պալատի միջև փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրումը, որով կողմերի միջև համագործակցության հիմքեր են ստեղծվել, և աÕ �սօր արդեն արձանագրվում են գործնական արդյունքներ։
Էստոնիայի դատական կատարողների և սնանկության կառավարիչների պալատի Պատվո դատարանի նախագահն իր հերթին կարևորել է ՏՏ ոլորտում համատեղ գործնական ծրագրերի իրականացումը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել վերսկսելու Էստոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից հայտարարված մրցույթի շրջանակներում տրամադրվող դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի իրականացումը, որը կասեցվել էր 2013 թվականին: Եվրամիության հովանու ներքո իրականացվող երկկողմ համագործակցության հիշյալ ծրագիրը ներառում է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման բնագավառում ՀայաստÕ �նի Հանրապետության և Էստոնիայի հարկադիր կատարողների վերապատրաստման դասընթացների անցկացում, առաջադեմ փորձի փոխանակում և գործնական կիրառում:
Ուրմաս Տարնոն համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ առաջիկա օրերին հնարավորություն կունենա տեղում առավել մանրամասն ծանոթանալ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման հայաստանյան փորձին, ինչն ուսանելի ու պիտանի կլինի իր երկրի համար, ինչպես նաև գործնականում կկիսվի էստոնական փորձով:
