Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի գործով կալանավորված Արթուր Մովսիսյանը կալանավայրից հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել, որում ասում է, որ իրեն ստիպում են ցուցմունք տալ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի դեմ:

«Ես՝ Արթուր Մովսիսյանս հայտարարում եմ, որ իմ նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական հետապնդումը ամբողջությամբ կրում է քաղաքական բնույթ: Դրա մասին է վկայում այն փաստը, որ քրեական գործը դեգերում է Հայաստանի տարբեր դատարաններում և շուրջ մեկ ամիս է գործի պատվիրատուները և դատարանները չեն կողմնորոշվում ինչ անեն սարքած գործի հետ:

Ինչպես նախկինում նշել եմ, գործը շինծու է, այն ուղղված է Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի դեմ: Սեֆիլյանին անձնապես չեմ ճանաչում, սակայն նրան գիտեմ որպես հերոսի:

Ինձ ցանկանում են օգտագործել որպես միջոց, պահում են որպես գերի (ներառյալ 6 ամիս ՌԴ-ում) և ակնկալում, որ կդավաճանեմ իմ արդարացի սկզբունքայնությանը և կտամ իրենց համար ցանկալի, հատկապես Սեֆիլյանի դեմ ցուցմունք: Դրա մասին են վկայում այն փաստերը, որ

ա) գործի իմ մասը առանձնացրել են հիմնական գործից, այն ուղարկել են մարզային դատարանի քննությանը, բոլորի աչքից հեռու, հավանաբար հուսալով սուսուփուս դատավարություն անցկացնել;

բ) այսօր վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում իմ պաշտպանին թույլ չտվեցին մտնել նիստերի դահլիճ, ինձ փաստացի հեռացրին դահլիճից, և իմ բողոքը քննեցին առանց ինձ ու իմ պաշտպանի ներկայության։

Այս ամենը կատարվում է ի հեճուկս նրա, որ ըստ իշխանությունների առաջադրած մեղադրանքի ես եղել եմ կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում և այդ խմբի հետ միասին ինչ-որ հորինված գործողություններ պետք է կատարեի … գտնվելով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:

Հայտնում եմ՝ ինձ համար կարևոր չէ թե որ դատարանում է քննվելու իմ դեմ հարուցված գործը. ես վճռականորեն և օրենքով չարգելված բոլոր միջոցներով ապացուցելու եմ իմ անմեղությունը»,-ասված է հայտարարությունում:
