ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2017թ. հունիսի 29-ին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, Երևան քաղաքում գտնվող հյուրանոցներից մեկում, նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ մի տղամարդուց գնել է 480 գրամ քաշով ոսկյա ձուլակտոր, սակայն պարզվել է, որ այն ոսկուց չէ: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ քաղաքացուն պատճառվել է 16.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 7.680.000 ՀՀ դրամի վնաս։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Քննության ընթացքում վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին են ներկայացվել լուսանկարներ, որտեղ պատկերված տղամարդուց, ըստ տուժած քաղաքացու, ձեռք է բերել կեղծ ոսկյա ձուլակտորը։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ լուսանկարներում պատկերված միջին տարիքի տղամարդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Խնդրում ենք նշված տղամարդուն ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրան, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
