Խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է ԵՊՀ Իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետ ընդունվելու համար տարբեր պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառք տալու պատրվակով քաղաքացուց խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, որի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքը, նախաքննությամբ պ արզվել է, որ տեղեկանալով որդուն ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետ ընդունելու՝ Երևանի բնակչուհու ցանկության մասին՝ տարբեր պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառք տալու պատրվակով 2014 թվականի մայիս-հունիս ամիսներին նրանից խաբեությամբ ստացել և հափշտակել են շուրջ 15 հազար 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար։
Քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ մեկ այլ բուհի ֆիզիկայի ամբիոնի դասախոսը, տեղեկանալով իր որդուն ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետ ընդունելու Երևանի բնակչուհու ցանկության և դրա համար կաշառք տալու պատրաստակամության մասին, խոստացել է օժանդակել դրան։
Դասախոսն այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է իր ծանոթներից մեկին։ Վերջինս, նախնական համաձայնության գալով մեկ այլ քաղացու հետ, նրան հավաստիացրել է, թե կարող են նպաստել տիկնոջ որդու ընդունելությանը և գումար պահանջել պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառք տալու համար։
Քննության տվյալներով՝ կինը միջնորդ հանդիսացած դասախոսին տվել է 15 հազար 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար, ով 2000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը վերցրել է որպես միջնորդավճար, իսկ մնացած 13 հազար 500 ԱՄՆ դոլարը՝ փոխանցել տղայի ընդունելությունը կազմակերպել խոստացած անձանց:
Ընդունելության քննությունների ավարտից հետո գիտակցելով, որ խաբվել է՝ կինը պահանջել է վերադարձնել գումարը, ինչը տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով և կեղծ խոստումներով ձգձգվել է։
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ երկու անձանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, կնոջը՝ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-312 րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, իսկ դասախոսին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
