«Ծաղկաձորում ավանդաբար անցկացվող «Լավագույն մարզական ընտանիք» մրցույթի եզրափակիչ փուլից հետո այս տարի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների և սպորտասերների մասնակցությամբ բավականին մեծ խնջույք է կազմակերպվել օլիմպիական գլխավոր մարզահամալիրում կամ սպորտբազայում, որը ժամանակին վերակառուցել, ապա Ալբերտ Բոյաջյանի հետ մասնավորեցրել է Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախկին նախագահ, «Ծառուկյան դաշինքի» պատգամավոր Իշխան Զաքարյանը։
Որքան էլ զարմանալի է, տևական «անհետացումից» հետո խնջույքին և մրցույթի եզրափակիչ միջոցառմանը մասնակցել է նաև Իշխան Զաքարյանը։ Ներկաները նկատել են, որ նա, ինչպես և մնացյալ մասնակիցները, բավական բարձր տրամադրություն են ունեցել, պարել են բոլորը, նույնիսկ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։
Ներկա են եղել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, Դավիթ Լոքյանը, Խաչիկ Ասրյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը։ Մրցույթին մասնակցած անձանցից մեկը տպավորված պատմում էր ճոխ սեղանների և աննախադեպ թանկանոց խմիչքների մասին»:
