Ներդրումների մասին տվյալները՝ առևտրային գաղտնի՞ք. դրանք կբացահայտեն բլեֆը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդը» գրում է.
«Հավանաբար հիշում եք ներդրումների մասին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հայտնի խոստումը. «Մենք այսօր ունենք հաստատված 3.2 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրեր, հստակ գրված է, թե ֆինանսական աղբյուրն ով է, և արդյունքում ինչ ենք ունենալու, որքան աշխատատեղեր են լինելու։ Դրանից 830-850 մլն դոլարը նախատեսված է ներդնել 2017թ.-ին»,- հայտարարել էր նա:
Պարզվում է, սակայն, իշխանությունները հիմա վերախմբագրում են այս խոստումները. օրերս ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Ազիզյանն ասել է, թե 2017թ. համար նախատեսված է մոտ 500 մլն դոլարի ներդրում, և առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում 220 մլն դոլարի ներդրումն արդեն իրականացվել է: Փաստորեն, չնայած վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ 2017թ. ընթացքում 830-850 մլն դոլարի ներդրում ապահովելու խոստմանը, տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունն իջեցրել է ցուցանիշը մոտ 30 տոկոսով, ու արդեն խոսում են 500 մլն դոլարի ներդրումների մասին:
Բայց սա դեռ ամբողջը չէ. «Ժողովուրդ» թերթը ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունից փորձել է պարզել, թե Կարեն Կարապետյանի պաշտոնավարման այս ամիսներին կոնկրետ ո՞ր ընկերությունը ո՞ր ոլորտում որքա՞ն ներդրում է իրականացրել: Բայց նախարարությունից հայտնել են, թե դա առևտրային գաղտնիք է:
Թե ինչու են իշխանություններն առևտրային գաղտնիքի անվան տակ թաքցնում այս տեղեկությունները, դժվար չէ ենթադրել. տվյալների ավելի մանրամասն հրապարակմամբ հնարավորություն կստեղծվի ավելի հստակ պատկերացում կազմել ներդրումների իրական ծավալների մասին, և այդ դեպքում արդեն կբացահայտվի իշխանությունների բլեֆը. արդեն հնարավոր կլինի պարզել, թե կոնկրետ ո՞ր ընկերությունը ո՞ր ոլորտում է ներդրել իր գումարները, արդյոք դրանք իսկապե՞ս օտարերկրյա կազմակերպություններ են, թե՞ արտերկրում գրանցված, բայց Հայաստանի իշխանություններին պատկանող ընկերություններ»:
