Ադրբեջանի ԱԱՆ բարձրաստիճան աշխատակիցները ձերբակալվել են

 Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հրամանագրով երկրի Ազգային անվտանգության նախարար Էլդար Մահմուդովին անակնկալ կերպով պաշտոնանկ անելուց անմիջապես հետո հիշյալ նախարարությունում Անվտանգության պետական ծառայության եւ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից համատեղ անցկացված հատուկ գործողությունների արդյունքում ձերբակալվել են ԱԱՆ Մոնիտորինգային կենտրոնի (հեռախոսների լսման վարչություն) աշխատակիցներ, մասնավորապես, Նաթավան ՄամեդովÕ �ն եւ գեներալ-մայոր Թեյմուր Գուլիեւը, ինչպես նաեւ Հակաահաբեկչական կենտրոնի պետի տեղակալ Իլգար Ալիեւը: Էլդար Մահմուդովը ներկայում գտնվում է իր տանը, փաստորեն տնային կալանքում:

Այս մասին, հայտնում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները` նշելով, որ ԱԱՆ Մոնիտորինգային կենտրոնը կնքված է, կատարվում է հետաքննություն:

Ադրբեջանի իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները եւ պաշտոնական ԶԼՄ-ները չեն մեկնաբանում ԱԱՆ-ում Անվտանգության պետական ծառայության եւ Գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից անցկացված հատուկ գործողությունը:

Անդրադառնալով Էլդար Մահմուդովին աշխատանքից հեռացվելու պատճառին, մասնավորապես moderator.az կայքը գրում է, որ գլխավորապես դա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ ձերբակալված աշխատակիցները Էլդար Մահմուդովի հանձնարարությամբ լսել են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի, նրա ընտանիքի անդամների, ինչպես նաեւ իշխանության բարձրաստիճան անձանց եւ նրանց ընտանիքների հեռախոսային խոսակցությունները, ինչը, սովորաբար արվում է երկրում «հեղաշրջումից» առաջ:

«Ուղիղ 10 տարի առաջ` 2005 թվականի հենց հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Իլհամ Ալիեւը աշխատանքից հեռացրեց երկու հզոր նախարարների` Ալի Ինսանովին եւ Ֆարհադ Ալիեւին, եւ «պետական հեղաշրջման փորձի» մեղադրանքով կալանքի ենթարկեց նրանց: Այն ժամանակ այդ գործողությունը գլխավորել էր ԱԱՆ ղեկավար Էլդար Մահմուդովը, եւ հետաքրքիր է, որ այդ իրադարձությունից 10 տարի անց Ալիեւը նույն կերպ է վարվում Մահմուդովի հետ», -գրում է կայքը:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները Էլդար Մահմուդովի պաշտոնանկության հնարավոր պատճառներից են համարում նաեւ երկրի Միջազգային բանկի նախկին ղեկավար Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւի հետ կոռուպցիոն կապերը, սեփական ապօրինի բիզնեսները եւ այլն:

«Բոլոր դեպքերում, ԱԱՆ երկարամյա ղեկավարին «հարվածելը» ցույց է տալիս, որ իշխանության ներսում խարդավանքներն ուժգնանում են եւ ներիշխանական խմբավորումների միջեւ պայքարը հասել է գագաթակետին», -մասնավորապես գրում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը:

Ադրբեջանում իշխանության ղեկը 2003 թվականին իր ձեռքը վերցրած Իլհամ Ալիեւը Էլդար Մահմուդովին ԱԱՆ ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նշանակել է 2004 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ին: Ներկայում Ալիեւի շրջապատում նրա ազգականներից են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Ալի Ասադովը եւ Սահմանային զորքերի հրամանատար, գեներալ Էլչին Գուլիեւը:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները երկրի ԱԱՆ նոր ղեկավարի ամենահավանական թեկնածու են համարում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ռազմական հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար, Բաքվի ոստիկանության նախկին պետ Մահառամ Ալիեւին:
