Սահմանամերձ Բաղանիս համայնքի ղեկավար Նարեկ Սահակյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ հացահատիկի բերքահավաքը գյուղում սկսվել է: Ըստ նրա` չնայած սահմանամերձ գյուղերում կրակոցներ կան, բայց Բաղանիսում հանգիստ է և կարողանում են բերքը հանգիստ հավաքել, որովհետև ցանքատարածքները սահմանին մոտ չեն:
«Մեզ մոտ վիճակը հանգիստ է 2015թ-ից, հակառակորդի գնդակոծությունից Բաղանիսում 4 հա ցորենի դաշտ վառվեց, և հիմա , որպեսզի նման խնդիր չլինի, գերադասում ենք ցորենը ցանել ավելի ապահով և հեռու վայրերում: Բայց ավելացնեմ վերջին մի քանի օրը լսեցի, որ Չինարի և հարևան Բարեկամավանի կողմերում սահմանին լարված է, բայց Բաղանիսում հանգիստ է»:
Նարեկ Սահակյանը նշեց, որ բերքից գոհ են՝ 1 հա-ից 20-ից 25 ցենտներ դուրս է գալիս: «Եթե սենց շարունակվի գոհ ենք, շատ լավա»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ սեփական սպառման համար է: «Եվ անասնակեր է և հարևան Ճոճկան գյուղում ալրաղաց կա, տանում ենք ցորենը աղում, մեզ համար ձմեռվա ալյուր, որի մեջ որևէ քիմիական հավելում չկա, իսկական օրգանիկ հաց է»,-ասաց նա:
Նարեկ Սահակյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մինչև 2013թ-ը Բաղանիսը երբևէ հացահատիկ չի ցանել:
«Իսկ պատճառն այն է եղել, որ գյուղտեխնիկա չի եղել, հարևան գյուղերից բերել են: Սպասում էին սեզոնը իրենց մոտ ավարտվում էր, նոր գալիս էին ուշացած գյուղի բերքը հավաքեն և այդ պատճառներով չէին ցանում: 2014թ-ին մենք ձեռք ենք բերել գյուղտեխնիկա՝ թրթուրավոր տրակտոր ունենք, որի գումարը ամերիկահայ բարեր Հարություն Կարմիրյանն է հատկացրել, պետությունից էլ նաև էժան դիզվառելիք են տալիս, նաև աշնանացան ցորեն, և օգտվելով դրանից՝ ցանքատարածքները փոքր տարբերությամբ, բայց ավելացում գրանցում ենք»,-ասաց նա:
Բացի այդ, ըստ նրա՝ սեփականաշնորհած հողի հարկ չկա, կառավարության որոշումով հողի հարկը պետությունը փոխհատուցում է:
