Թուրքիայում սկսվում է ընդդիմադիր «Ջումհուրիյեթ» պարբերականի խմբագրակազմի դեմ աղմկահարույց դատը

Թուրքիայի մայրաքաղաք Անկարայում մեկնարկում է թուրքական ամենահայտնի ընդդիմադիր թերթի՝ «Ջումհուրիյեթ»-ի խմբագրակազմի դեմ դատական գործընթացը, այս մասին հայտնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական պարբերականներից «Ակօսը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 11-ին Թուրքիայի ոստիկանությունն Անկարայում հատուկ գործողություն էր իրականացրել ընդդիմադիր «Ջումհուրիյեթ» թերթի աշխատակիցների դեմ: Խուզարկություններ էին իրականացվել թերթի տնօրենի, խմբագիրների և մի շարք սյունակագիրների տներում:
Ընդդիմադիր թերթի գլխավոր խմբագրի ձերբակալության վերաբերյալ իր մտահոգությունն էր այն ժամանակ հայտնել ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարության ներկայացուցիչ Ջոն Քիրբին: Նման հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել նաև Եվրախորհրդարանի նախագահ Մարտին Շուլցը` դատապարտելով ընդդիմադիր թերթի գլխավոր խմբագրի ձերբակալությունը:
«Ջումհուրիյեթ» թերթը դեռևս անցյալ տարվա մայիս ամսին էր հայտնվել իշխանությունների և, մասնավորապես, նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Թերթը հրապարակել էր աղմկահարույց լուսանկարներ, որոնցում երևում էր, թե ինչպես է թուրքական կողմը ՄՃՓ («Միջազգային ճանապարհային փոխադրումներ») միջազգային բեռնափոխադրման մասին մաքսային կոնվենցիայի շրջանակում Սիրիա փոխադրվող բեռների հետ նաև զենք-զինամթերք տեղափոխում: «Ահա այն զենքերը, որոնց մասին Էրդողանն ասում էր, թե չկան» վերնագրով հոդվածում «Ջումհուրիյեթի» թղթակիցը պնդել էր, որ բեռնատարը պատկանել է Թուրքիայի ազգային հետախուզության կոմիտեին:
Այդ ժամանակ լուրը հերքած նախագահը սպառնացել էր թերթին և հայտարարել, թե «այդ լուրն անողը պատասխան կտա»:
9 ամսվա նախնական կալանքից հետո «Ջումհուրիյեթ»-ի տնօերնը, խմբագիրն ու մի շարք լրագորղներ առաջին անգամ կկանգնեն դատարանի առաջ։
Նշենք, որ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը մինչև հոկտեմբերի 2-ը ժամանակ է տվել Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին, որպեսզի հանդես գան դատարանում բացատրական ճառով ու բացատրեն, թե ինչ հիմունքներով են ձերբակալել թուրքական ընդդիմադիր «Ջումհուրիյեթ» պարբերականի լրագրողներին ու ղեկավար կազմին։
