Մեքենաների գազաբալոնների պայթյունների համար ոչ ոք պատասխանատվություն չի կրում

Մեքենաների գազաբալոնների համար լիցենզիա տրամադրելու գործառույթը դեռ մեր լիազորության շրջանակներում չէ, բայց այդ իրավասությունը մեզ է տրվելու: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Անահիտ Առաքելյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը հայտնել էր, որ հուլիսի 24-ին Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքի սկզբնամասում գտնվող գազալցակայանում տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն, որի հետևանքով վարորդը տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց: Պարզվել է, որ լիցքավորման ժամանակ պայթել է ավտոմեքենայի գազի բալոնը։
Անահիտ Առաքելյանը վստահեցրեց, որ իրենք վերը նշված մեքենայի գազաբալոնի համար որևէ լիցենզիա չեն տվել, քանի որ այդ լիազորությունը դեռ չունեն:
«Մենք այժմ նախագիծը մշակելու, ներկայացնելու փուլում ենք, որպեսզի հետագայում մենք տրամադրենք գազաբալոնի տեղադրման լիցենզիաները»,- հայտնեց Առաքելյանը:
Ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից էլ տեղեկացրին, որ մեքենաների գազաբալոնների անվտանգությունը ոստիկանության հսկողության տակ չէ:
«Ոստիկանության կողմից լիցենզիա չի տրվում: Իսկ վերահսկողություն իրականացնում է նա, ով լիցենզիա է տալիս»,- նշեցին ոստիկանությունից:
Հարցին, թե Արտաշատում գազի բալոնի պայթյունը ում պատասխանատվության տակ է, գերատեսչությունից պատասխանեցին, որ քննությամբ կպարզվի:
Ավելի վաղ ԱԻՆ-ից Tert.am-ին հայտնել էին, որ նախարարությունը պատասխանատու է միայն գազալցակայանների անվտանգության համար. «Եթե լինի ԱԳԼՃԿ-ի՝ կայանի խնդիր, այդտեղ՝ այո՛, անվտանգությունը մենք ենք սպասարկում, բայց տրանսպորտային միջոցների ստանդարտիզացիան ԱԻՆ-ի գործառույթը չէ: Ուղղակի պայթյունների ժամանակ փրկարարները գնացել տեղում օգնություն են ցուցաբերել»,- նշել էին ԱԻՆ-ից:
Նշենք նաև, որ 2015 թ. մինչ օրս hանրապետությունում գրանցվել է մեքենաների գազաբալոնների պայթյունների 10 դեպք, որոնց հետևանքով եղել է 4 զոհ և 7 տուժած:
