ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ հակառակորդի կողմից հուլիսի 20-ին Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղը գնդակոծելու, մանկապարտեզի, գյուղացիների գույքը ոչնչացնելու, վնասելու, անչափահասին սպանելու փորձ կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ:

Ինչպես տեղկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017թ. հուլիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 13:00-ից 18:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերից կրակոցներ են արձակվել Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի ուղղությամբ՝ թիրախավորելով  խաղաղ բնակիչներին։

Մասնավորապես՝ կրակոցներ են արձակվել Չինարի գյուղի գերեզմանատանը գտնվող անչափահասի՝ 2000թ. ծնված  բնակչի ուղղությամբ, ով հակառակորդի գնդակներից պաշտպանվելու համար  թաքնվել է քարի հետևում և  շուրջ 2 ժամ մնացել այնտեղ:

Տևական ժամանակ գնդակոծության է ենթարկվել գյուղը, որի հետևանքով  ոչնչացվել և վնասվել են գյուղի մանկապարտեզը, գյուղացիների տները, գույքը, խոտի հակերը։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝  պատճառված վնասը կազմում է ավելի քան 12 մլն դրամ։ 

Դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է 5 քրեական գործ. 1-ը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 13-րդ կետով, 3-ը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 4-րդ կետերով,  ևս 1-ը՝ 185-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, նշանակվել դատաբժշկական, դատաապրանքագիտական փորձաքննություններ, վնասված, ոչնչացված գույքի սեփականատերերը ճանաչվել են տուժող։
