ՀԿ-ն Վրաստանի վարչապետին ու երկու նախարարներին մեղադրում է կոռուպցիայի մեջ

«Մոնիտորինգի կենտրոն՝ մեդիատոր» ՀԿ-ի հիմնադիր Լեւան Խաբեիշվիլին Վրաստանի վարչապետ Գեորգի Կվիրիկաշվիլուն, ՆԳ նախարար Գեորգի Մղեբրիշվիլուն ու երիտասարդության ու սպորտի նախարար Տարիել Խեչիկաշվիլուն մեղադրել է կոռուպցիոն գործարքների մեջ ու պահանջում է դատախազությունից ուսումնասիրել նրանց գործունեությունը, հայտնում է «Նովոստի Վրաստանը»։
Համապատասխան հայտարարություններով Խաբեիշվիլին արդեն դիմել է գլխավոր դատախազին։
ՀԿի տվյալներով, 2016-ի հուլիսին Վրաստանի կառավարության կարգադրությամբ, Դիդի Լիլո ավանում գտնվող 12․9 քառ մետր մակերեսով հողատարածքն առանց աճուրդի անցկացման հատկացվել է Construct Vision ընկերությանը, որը պատկանում է Գեորգի Շարաշիձեին, ով նաեւ հանրահայտ շոումեն Գեորգի Գաչեչիլաձեի փեսան է՝ «Ուցնոբի» մականունով։ Հողատարածքի արժեքը ավելի քան 110 հազար լարի է։
«Մենք դիմել ենք դատախազություն ու պահանջում ենք հարցաքննել վարչապետին, որպեսզի նա բացատրի, թե ինչպես ու ինչի հիման վրա է ընտրվել տվյալ ընկերությունը ու արդյոք այդ ընտրությունը հիմնված չի եղել ընկերական կապերի վրա։ Ինչ իրավաբանական իմքեր են եղել այդ գործարքն առանց աճուրդի ձեւակերպելու ու պետությանը պատկանող ունեցվածքը տվյալ ընկերությանը փոխանցելու համար ․․․ Ես կարող եմ համարձակորեն հայտնել, որ դա քաղաքական կոռուպցիա է»,- ասել է Խաբեշիվիլին «Նովոստի Վրաստանի» թղթակցի հետ զրույցում։
Ըստ նրա, իրավիճակը բարդանում է նաեւ այն փաստով, որ ըստ պայմանագրի, Construct Vision ընկերությունը տվյալ հողատարածքի վրա պետք է կառուցել ապակու ու պլաստմասայի արտադրության գործարան, սակայն դա տեղի չի ունեցել։
Ավելին, երեք ամսում ընկերությունը պետք է բյուջեին փոխանցեր 65 հազար լարի, բայց դրա փոխարեն ընկերության սեփականատերը՝ Շարաշիձեն, 50 հազար լարի է փոխանցել «Վրացական երազանք» իշխող կուսակցությանը՝ որպես նվիրատվություն։
Ըստ ՀԿ-ի, կոռուպցիոն պահեր կան նաեւ այն գործարքներում, որոնք կնքվել են նախարարներ Մղեբրիշվիլու ոի Խեչիկաշվիլու միջեւ։
Վարչապետն ու նախարարները դեռ չեն մեկնաբանել տվյալ մեղադրանքները։ Վրաստանի դատախազությունը նույնպես պաշտոնական հայտարարություն չի արել։
