Նորդուզ-Մեղրի դարպասի համատեղ օգտագործումը միտված է մեծացնելու հայ- իրանական առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալը

Նորդուզ-Մեղրի դարպասի համատեղ օգտագործման օրինագծի հիմնական նպատակն է Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև հեռանկարային տնտեսական համաձայնությունները կյանքի կոչելը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 25-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց իրանագետ Արմեն Իսրայելյանը:
«Դա վերաբերվում է երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալների մեծացմանը և տնտեսական ոլորտում տարբեր ծրագրերի իրականացմանը: Նորդուզ-Մեղրի դարպասի համատեղ օգտագործումը միտված է նաև տարանցիկ բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացմանը, մասնավորապես` Պարսից ծոցից Սև ծով իրականացվող բեռնափոխադրումները»,- ասաց իրանագետը՝ հավելելով, որ Նորդուզ-Մեղրի դարպասի համատեղ օգտագործումը կբարձրացնի նաև երկու երկրների գրավչությունը միջազգային ներդրողների համար:
Իրանագետի խոսքով` որպեսզի կրկնակի գործողություններ չկատարվեն Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանային անցակետերում և մաքսային գործընթացները արագ ձևակերպվեն համատեղ աշխատանքային խումբ է ստեղծվելու, ովքեր կապահովեն քաղաքացիների արագ սպասարկումը:
«Բացի այդ, Հայաստանը և Իրանը միմյանց կփոխանցեն մաքսանենգության վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները, որպեսզի սահմանում ի հայտ եկած խնդիրները շատ կարճ ժամանակում իրենց լուծումը ստանան»,- նշեց Իսրայելյանը:
Իրանագետը նշեց, որ վերջին տարիներին Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև առևտրաշրջանառության զգալի աճ է նկատվել: Եթե 2015 թվականին երկու երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները (ոչ նավթային ապրանքների) կազմել է 120-130 միլիոն դոլար, ապա 2016 թվականին այն կազմել է 170 միլիոն դոլար:
«Վերջին 1-2 տարում տնտեսական ոլորտում մի շարք գործընթացներ տեղի ունեցան` Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև վիզային ռեժիմը չեղյալ հայտարարվեց, Հայաստանից Իրան մուտք գործող մեքենաների համար սահմանված 500 դոլար երաշխիքային գումարը վերանայվեց և ներկայումս այն կազմում է 90 դոլար և այլն: Այս ամենը նաև նպաստեց Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում որոշակի աճին»,- ասաց Իսրայելյանը:
Ըստ իրանագետի` Սյունիքում ազատ տնտեսական գոտի հիմնելու վերաբերյալ որոշումը ևս կնպաստի երկու երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալի մեծացմանը:
