1. Դժգոհությունը միանգամից արտահայտեք

Եթե դիպչես տաք վառարանին, արձագանքը միանգամից կլինի՝ դու կայրվես։ Հաճախ մենք սպասում են ավելի հարմար պահի. կա՛մ ամաչում ենք ասել մեր դժգոհության մասին, կա՛մ վախենում ենք վիրավորել մեր զուգընկերոջը։ Ու երբեմն, երբ վերջապես համարձակություն եք հավաքում ու ասում, նա մեզ անկեղծորեն չի հասկանում. չէ՞ որ վաղուց արդեն մոռացել է այդ ամենի մասին։ Այնպես որ՝ նախընտրելի է խնդիրը միանգամից պարզաբանել։

2. Սովորեք ճիշտ ձեւակերպել ձեր դժգոհությունը

Հոգեբանները խորհուրդ են տալիս. չարժե սկսել դիտողությունը՝ «Դու իրավացի չես» կամ դրա նման այլ բառերից։ Դա սովորաբար ընկալվում է որպես ագրեսիա ու ակամա ընդվզում է առաջացնում։ Խելացի մարդիկ խորհուրդ են տալիս ընտրել այլ կառուցվածք. օրինակ՝ «Իմ կարծիքով, դա պետք է այլ կերպ անել»։ Մեղմ ձեւով ասված խորհուրդը շատ ավելի լավ է ընկալվում, քան ուղիղ քննադատությունը։

3. Քննադատիր արարքը, այլ ոչ մարդուն

Դիպչելով նույն տաք վառարանին՝ դու կայրես ձեռքդ, բայց ոչ ամբողջ մարմինդ եւ, իհարկե, չես զարմանա, որ վառարանը չի «պատժել», օրինակ, ոտքերդ։ Իսկ ահա մեր դժգոհությունմ արտահայտելիս չափի այդ զգացողությունը չենք պահպանում։ Մենք բորբոքվում ենք, հիշում բոլոր նախկին վիրավորանքները եւ մեղադրում դիմացինին բոլոր մեղքերի համար, որոնք, գուցե, իսկապես գոյություն ունեն, բայց տվյալ դեպքի հետ ոչ մի առնչություն չունեն։ Դա շատ մեծ սխալ է. դատապարտելով որոշակի արարքը՝ կարելի է ակնկալել, որ մարդը կհասկանա քեզ ու կձգտի այլեւս այդպես չվարվել։ Իսկ եթե դու նրան վիրավորում ես որպես անձի, ապա ստորացնում ես նրան, եւ վիրավորանքից ու բարկությունից բացի՝ ուրիշ ոչինչ նա չի մտապահի։

4. Ճիշտ հասցեագրեք ձեր դժգոհությունը

Տաք վառարանը «պատժում է» այրվածքով միայն նրանց, ովքեր դիպել են իրեն։ Իսկ մենք հաճախ մեր զայրույթը «թափում ենք» նրա վրա, ով այդ պահին հարմար թիրախ է թվում։ Հասկանալի է, որ եթե քեզ վրա անարդարացիորեն զայրացել է ղեկավարդ կամ վիրավորել է մտերիմ ընկերուհիդ, քո տրամադրությունը դժվար թե բարձր լինի։ Բայց դա ամենեւին պատճառ չէ տանը մտերիմների վրա ամբողջ զայրույթդ «թափելու» համար։ Այսինքն՝ կարեւոր է հասկանալ, թե ում ու ինչի համար ես դժգոհություն ներկայացնում։

5. Ասացեք, թե ինչ եք ակնկալում

Դու, իհարկե, գիտես, թե ինչ է պետք անել, երբ այրվածք ես ստանում։ Օրինակ՝ սառը բան դնել այրված մասին կամ որեւէ քսուք օգտագործել։ Լավ կլիներ, եթե բարոյական տրավմաների համար էլ նման ամոքիչ միջոց ունենայինք։ Հրապուրվելով հանդիմանություններով՝ մենք մոռանում ենք այն մասին, որ պետք է ոչ միայն բացատրել, թե ինչն է մեր զուգընկերը սխալ արել, այլեւ ասել, թե հատկապես ինչ եք ակնկալում նրանից։
