«Վեցյակի» եւ Իրանի հանձնաժողովն սկսում է պատրաստել միջուկային համաձայնագրի կատարումը

Իրանի եւ «վեցյակի» երկրների (ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի հինգ մշտական անդամները եւ Գերմանիան) ներկայացուցիչներից բաղկացած համատեղ հանձնաժողովը հոկտեմբերի 19-ի կգումարի առաջին նիստը՝ քննարկելու իրանական միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի իրագործման հարցերը, որը կնքվել է տակավին հուլիսի 14-ին, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ուժի մեջ է մտել: Հանդիպման անցկացման վայր է ընտրվել Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաքը, որտեղ ամռանը կողմերին հաջողվեց մի քանի տարվա բանակցություններից հետո ընդունել հանրագումարային փաստաթուղթը՝ Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագիրը:
Այժմ եւ «վեցյակը», եւ Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը պետք է ձեռնամուխ լինեն համաձայնագրով նախատեսվաած իրենց պարտավորությունների կատարմանը: Միայն դրանց կատարումից հետո, ինչը Թեհրանի վերաբերմամբ պետք է հաստտատվի Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության կողմից, կսկսվի գործարքի իրականացման փուլը: Սակայն այդ ուղղությամբ տեխնիկական քայլերը դեռեւս մշակված չեն: Հենց դրանով էլ Վիեննայում զբաղվելու են «վեցյակի» եւ Իրանի դիվանագետներն ու փորձագետները:
Համապարփակ համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում է նաեւ, որ կողմերը, նախքան դրա կատարումն սկսելը, կձեռնարկեն մի շարք օրենսդրական քայլեր: Մասնավորապես, հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Թեհրանը ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ին ծանուցել է Միջուկային ոլորտում երաշխիքների մասին համաձայնագրին կից Լրացուցիչ արձանագրության կիրառման պատրաստակամության մասին, ինչը միջազգային տեսուչներին ընդլայնված մուտք է ապահովում Իրանի տարածքի օբյեկտներ եւ ընձեռում Է ստուգումներ անցկացնելու հավելյալ հնարավորություններ:
Եվրամիությունը նույնպես հոկտեմբերի 18-ին օրենսդրական հիմք է ստեղծել Իրանի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները չեղարկելու համար: Համանման քայլ է արել նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ը. նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման հանձնարարել է Պետդեպարտամենտին, առեւտրի, ֆինանսների եւ էներգետիկայի նախարարություններին՝ ձեռնամուխ լինել երկրի պարտավորությունների կատարմանը, մասնավորապես, սկսել ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների վերացման գործընթացի նախապատարստումը, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
