2017թ. ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմը հասարակական կազմակերպություններին հատկացվող դրամաշնորհի և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հայտարարած մրցույթի շրջանակներում ընդգրկել է նաև «Հանրային վերահսկողության և կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի կանխարգելման մեխանիզմների ուժեղացումը սննդի անվտանգության ոլորտում» անվանակարգը։ Ըստ այդ անվանակարգի՝ «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքի աջակցության կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր, Գետափ, Մալիշկա համայնքների մի քանի մանկապարտեզներում իրականացրել է սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտը կարգավորող իրավական ակտերի պարտադիր պահանջներին համապատասխանության գնահատում։

Ծրագրի համակարգող Արթուր Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ իրենց ուսումնասիրությունները մանկապարտեզներում ցույց են տվել, որ սննդիապահովման գործընթացում ներգրավված աշխատակիցները շատ դեպքերում անտեղյակ են իրենց պարտականություններին, օրենքներին, նորմերին։ ՀԿ նախաձեռնությամբ մանկապարտեզներում ստեղծվել են հանրային խորհուրդներ, որոնք մասնակցում են մատակարարից սննդամթերքի ընդունման գործընթացին, որպեսզի զգաստանան և՛ մատակարարը, և՛ տնօրենը, և՛ ընդունողը։ Արթուր Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ եթե նախկինում մանկապարտեզի տնօրենն ինքնուրույն էր ընդունում սնունդը, առանց որևէ մեկի գիտության, այժմ նրա հետ սննդի ընդունմանը մասնակցում են ծնողն ու դաստիարակը՝ վերահսկելով գործընթացը։ Ստեղծված հանրային խորհրդի մոդելը մանկապարտեզներում կնպաստի մատակարարներից սննդամթերքի ընդունման գործընթացում հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի կանխարգելմանը և երեխաների համար անվտանգ սննդամթերքի ստացմանը:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում 55 օրինակով տպագրվել է տեղեկատվական գրքույկ՝ «Մանկապարտեզներում սննդամթերքի անվտանգության վերահսկողության ուղեցույց»։ Պրակտիկ այս ձեռնարկում զետեղված են նյութեր, որոնք ներկայացնում են, թե ինչ են սննդի անվտանգությունը, մակնշումը, պիտակը, ինչ հիգիենիկ նորմեր պետք է կիրառվեն։ Ներառվել են նաև բոլոր այն իրավական ակտերը, որոնք առնչվում են այս գործընթացին։ Դրանք կբաժանվեն մանկապարտեզներին։

Ծրագիրն իրականացվել է Սննդամթերքիանվտանգությանպետականծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ համագործակցաբար։ Միջոցառումները ներառել են նաև թեմային առնչվող սեմինարներ, որոնց մասնակցել են մանկապարտեզների տնօրենները, խոհարարները, ՏԻՄ ներակայացուցիչներն ու մատակարարները:
