Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները մուտքի վիզա կստանան Հայաստանի սահմանին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ճանապարհորդելու ժամանակ տեղեկատվության պակասը ավելորդ անհանգստության պատճառ է հանդիսանում: Ու թեև թվում է, թե ամեն ինչ գիտենք, սակայն որոշ հարցերի դեպքում պարզվում է, որ այնուամենայնիվ դեռ չպարզաբանված հարցեր լինում են, ու բավականին շատ:
Օրերս «Փաստ» օրաթերթի խմբագրությանն էր դիմել Ավստրալիայի մի քաղաքացի և ուզում էր պարզել, թե առանց նախապես Հայաստանի մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալու կարո՞ղ է ճանապարհորդել հայրենիք, թե նախօրոք պետք է իր երկրում դիմի պատկան մարմիններին՝ Հայաստանի մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալու համար:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը «Փաստի» հարցերին ի պատասխան տեղեկացրեց, որ արտերկրի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող բոլոր անձինք կարող են առանց նախօրոք Հայաստանի մուտքի արտոնագիր ունենալու ուղևորվել դեպի Հայաստան:
«Արտերկրի բոլոր քաղաքացիները երկիր մուտք գործելու ժամանակ Հայաստանի մուտքի արտոնագիր կստանան սահմանին»,– ասաց Մ. Բիչախչյանը:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ 21–օրյա վիզայի համար զբոսաշրջիկները պետք է վճարեն 3000 դրամ, իսկ 6 շաբաթվա համար գանձվում է 15000 դրամ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հայաստանից արտերկիր մեկնողների իրավունքներին, ապա տեղեկացնենք, որ ինչպես ԱՄՆ, այնպես էլ այլ երկրներ մեկնելու համար պարտադիր չէ անպայման կենսաչափական անձնագիր ունենալ:
Բացի այդ, Հայաստանի մարզերի բնակիչները անձնագիրն առավել սեղմ ժամկետներում ստանալու համար այլևս Երևան չեն հասնելու: Այժմ անձնագիրը, լրացուցիչ վճարի դիմաց առավել սեղմ ժամկետում՝ երրորդ աշխատանքային օրը, ստանալու համար քաղաքացին կարող է դիմել մարզերում տեղակայված անձնագրային ծառայություններ, ինչը զերծ է պահում Երևան հասնելու նպատակով լրացուցիչ ծախս կատարելուց:
Ի դեպ, մարզերում տեղակայված անձնագրային ծառայություններում կան կոնկրետ օրեր, որ հնարավոր չէ կնքել եռօրյա պայմանագիր: Այդ օրերի մասին լրացուցիչ տեղեկություն ստանալու համար հարկավոր է դիմել անձնագրային ծառայություն:
Երրորդ աշխատանքային օրը անձնագիր ստանալու լրացուցիչ վճարը կազմում է 10000 դրամ, իսկ կորստյան հիմքով նշված ժամկետում անձնագիր ստանալու դեպքում լրացուցիչ վճարը կազմում է 50000 դրամ:
