։ Ահա թե ինչպես մի քանի րոպեում կարելի է ատամները սպիտակեցնել տնային պայմաններում Սպիտակեցնող մածուկ սարքելու համար ձեզ պետք կգա կերակրի սոդա, կիտրոն կամ կիտրոնաթթվի փոշի և ատամի խոզանակ։ Բաղադրամասերը խառնելու համար խոր աման գտեք։ Սկզբում անհրաժեշտ կլինի բավականաչափ կիտրոնի հյութ ստանալ։ Կիտրոնը քամեք ամանի մեջ կամ պարզապես կիտրոնի փոշին բացեք ջրով։ Այնուհետև կիտրոնի հյութի մեջ մի քիչ սոդա լցրեք և լավ խառնեք ատամի խոզանակով։ Երկու բաղադրամասերը պիտի փրփրուն մածուկ դառնան։ Պատրաստի մածուկը հիմա խոզանակով քսեք ատամներին։ Մածուկը երկու րոպեից ավելի մի թողեք ատամներին, քանի որ թթուն կարող է վնասել էմալը։

Մածուկով կարելի է երեք շաբաթ շարունակ օրական երկու անգամ ատամները մաքրել, և շուտով տարբերությունն ակնհայտ կլինի։ Կերակրի սոդան բաղկացած է քիմիական միացություններից, ինչի շնորհիվ ատամի մակերեսից հնարավոր է հեռացնել ցանկացած սևացած կամ դեղնած բիծ։ Կիտրոնի հյութի կիտրոնաթթուն մաքրում է բերանը, С վիտամինն օգնում է սպիտակեցնել ատամները, իսկ թթվային միացությունները և դրանց հակամանրէական հատկությունները ոչնչացնում են բերանի խոռոչի և ատամների մանրէները։
