ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը հուլիսի 21-ին հանդիպեց «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոցի Հայոց լեզվի արագացված ուսուցման, Հայոց լեզվի ուսուցիչների և կրթական գործի կազմակերպիչների  վերապատրաստման դասընթացների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԿԳՆ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման դասընթացի մասնակիցների հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանն անդրադարձավ հայկական Սփյուռքի ձևավորման պատմությանը: «Նախարարության հիմնադրման առաջին իսկ օրերից աշխատել ենք «Ճանաչել, վստահել, գործակցել» բանաձևով: Մեր հիմնական խնդիրներից են՝ նպաստել Սփյուռքում հայապահպանությանը, հայտնաբերել և հանուն Հայրենիքի հզորացման օգտագործել հայության ներուժը: Սփյուռքի ձեր դպրոցներում սովորող երեխաների ծնողներին դուք կարող եք ուղղորդել Հայրենիք, որ ներդրումներ կատարեն Հայաստանում, եկամուտ ստանան՝ միաժամանակ աջակցելով մեր երկրի տնտեսության զարգացմանը», – նշեց նա:

Սփյուռքի նախարարը ներկայացրեց այն յոթ առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք կյանքի կոչելու համար պետք է ապրի ու գործի յուրաքանչյուր հայ մարդ. «Հայաստանի հզորացումը, Արցախյան հիմնահարցի կարգավորումը՝ ի շահ մեր հայրենակիցների, Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և դատապարտման, Սփյուռքի հայ համայնքների ինքնակազմակերպման, հայոց լեզուն պահելու և պահպանելու, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում հայտնված հայությանն օգնելու և հայ եկեղեցին կանգուն պահելու գործը, – նշեց նախարարը և հավելեց, – Հայաստանը համայն հայության Հայրենիքն է: Բարով եք եկել ձեր տուն»:

Նախարարը խոսեց Հայաստանի՝ համաշխարհային, տարածաշրջանային և ներքին մարտահրավերների մասին՝ նշելով, որ օրեցօր գլոբալացող և փոքրացող աշխարհում անընդհատ տեղաշարժեր են լինում: Նա նշեց, որ Հայրենքից դուրս հայապահպանություն իրականացնող կառույցը նախևառաջ հայկական դպրոցն է, որը բացառապես ուսուցիչների և տնօրինության նվիրումի շնորհիվ է իրականացնում ծանր և շնորհակալ աշխատանքը:

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցությանը՝ Սփյուռքի նախարարն ընդգծեց. «Մենք ստեղծեցինք երկքաղաքացիության ինստիտուտը, և այսօր հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ հպարտությամբ են ստանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիության մասին վկայող իրենց անձնագրերը: Մենք մեր առջև դրել ենք նաև Սփյուռքի մասնագիտական ներուժը համախմբելու խնդիր: Դրան է ուղղված բոլոր այն մասնագիտական համահայկական համաժողովների կազմակերպումը և արդյունքում ձևավորված համահայկական մասնագիտական ցանցերի ու կառույցների ստեղծումը, որոնք պարբերաբար հավաքվում ու համատեղ ծրագրեր են մշակում, իսկ այնուհետև փորձում իրականացնել»:

Այնուհետև դպրոցի մասնակիցները դիտեցին նախարարության ծրագրերի մասին պատմող տեսաֆիլմ, որից հետո իրենց հարցերն ուղղեցին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին:

Մասնակիցները շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանին համապարփակ և սպառիչ դասախոսության համար և խոստացան իրենց բնակության երկրներում ամեն բան անել՝ Հայրենիքում ստացած գիտելիքներն ու փորձը արդյունավետ օգտագործելու համար:
