2017 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս  ՀՀ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության Իջեւանի բաժնի հետաքննության խմբի տեսուչի կողմից Տավուշի մարզի Հովք գյուղի սկզբնամասում հայտնաբերվել է փայտանյութով բարձված «ԳԱԶ-66» մակնիշի առանց հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի աջակողմյան հատվածում եւս թափված է եղել փայտանյութ:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նշված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Վ. Խ-ն ներկայացրել է 2017 թվականի հունիսի 27-ին Իջեւանի անտառտնտեսության կողմից տրված թափուկ վառելափայտի տոմս եւ հայտնել, որ փայտանյութը ձեռք է բերել օրինական թույլտվությամբ:

Սակայն նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության «Իջեւանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի անտառապահ Ս. Խ-ն, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, 2017 թ. հուլիսի սկզբին իր հորեղբոր որդուն՝ Վ. Խ-ին, բացի 2017 թվականի հունիսի 27-ին Իջեւանի անտառտնտեսության կողմից տրված տոմսով թափուկ վառելափայտից, թույլատրել է իր պահպանությանը հանձնված պահաբաժնից եւս երկու անգամ դուրս բերել նախապես չթույլատրված թափուկ վառելափայտ՝ վատնելով իրեն վստահված պետական գույքը:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա են առերեւույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազության կողմից որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցել քրեական գործ եւ այն ուղարկել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն` վարույթ ընդունելու եւ նախաքննություն կատարելու համար:
