Հռոմի ոստիկանությունը հետախուզում է հայտարարել բնակիչ Ջանլուկա Ջամատեոյի նկատմամբ, երբ պարզել է, որ տղամարդը մայրաքաղաքի Anagnina թաղամասում գտնվող բնակարանը վաճառել է միանգամից 8 հոգու ու անհետացել:
Ինչպես նշում է italia-ru.com կայքը, տղամարդուն և նրա կնոջը հաջողվել է այս ճանապարհով բավական մեծ գումար յուրացնել ու փախուստի դիմել:
Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ տղամարդու գործողություններից տուժել են ամուսնական զույգեր, միայնակ կանայք ու տղամարդիկ, ընտանիքի հայրեր, որոնց գրավել է էժան գնով բավական լավ բնակարան գնելու առաջարկը:
Հայտնի է, որ Ջամատեոն իրականացրել է առք ու վաճառքի 6 նախնական և 2 վերջնական գործարք: Բոլոր գնորդներին խաբեբան պատմել է միևնույն պատմությունը՝ «Ես հարկային ծառայության աշխատակից եմ ու պետք է Միլան տեղափոխվեմ: Այժմ պիտի հնարավորինս արագ բնակարանս վաճառեմ»:
