Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հուլիսի 21-ին ընդունել է Տափօղակով հոկեյի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Ռենե Ֆազելին:
Երկրի ղեկավարի մամուլի գրասենյակից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ողջունելով հյուրին մեր երկրում՝ Հանրապետության նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ Տափօղակով հոկեյի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի առաջին այցը Հայաստան զգալիորեն կխթանի մեր երկրում աշխարհի ամենատարածված եւ սիրված մարզաձեւերից մեկի զարգացումը:
Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները կարեւորել են Հայաստանի տափօղակով հոկեյի ազգային ֆեդերացիայի անդամակցությունը միջազգային ֆեդերացիային:
Հանրապետության նախագահը նշել է, որ թեեւ հոկեյը Հայաստանում զարգացած չէ, այնուհանդերձ որոշակի միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում, որպեսզի այդ մարզաձեւը եւս զարգացում ունենա: Այդ նպատակով, ըստ նախագահի, ստեղծվում են անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքներ. Երեւանում շուտով կբացվի հոկեյի երկրորդ սահադաշտը՝ անհրաժեշտ բոլոր չափանիշներին համապատասխան:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռենե Ֆազելին Հայաստանում հոկեյի զարգացմանը նպաստելու պատրաստակամության համար: Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք են եղել, որ այդ սպորտաձեւը Հայաստանում զարգացման հնարավորություններ եւ ներուժ ունի, եւ այդ ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ է հետեւողականորեն աշխատել:
