ՊԵԿ-ը ներդրել է մաքսային հայտարարագրման ավտոմատ ծրագիր մուտք գործելու համակարգ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն մաքսային ընթացակարգերի ավտոմատացման և դյուրինացման նպատակով հունիսի 17-ից գործարկել է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով մաքսային հայտարարագրման իրականացման և մաքսային ձևակերպումների մասնագետի որակավորում չունեցող անձանց՝ մաքսային հայտարարագրման ավտոմատ համակարգ մուտք գործելու կարգը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
ՊԵԿ Արարատյան-մաքսատուն վարչության մաքսային ձևակերպումների թիվ 1 բաժնի պետ Լևոն Ղամբարյանի խոսքով՝ նոր համակարգն արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնող, մաքսային մասնագետի որակավորում չունեցող անձանց նույնպես հնարավորություն է ընձեռում նաև էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ներկայացնել ՀՀ սահմանով տեղափոխվող ապրանքների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների մաքսային հայտարարագրերը: «Էլեկտրոնային մաքսային հայտարարագրումն իրականացվում է «ՀՀ արտաքին առևտրի ազգային մեկ պատուհան» էլեկտրոնային հարթակում ներդրված մաքսային միասնական ավտոմատացված համակարգի միջոցով: Հայտարարատուի կողմից մաքսային միասնական ավտոմատացված տեղեկատվական համակարգի միջոցով ձևավորվում և ներկայացվում են մաքսային հայտարարագիրը և դրանում լրացված տեղեկությունները հաստատող փաստաթղթերը էլեկտրոնային ձևաչափով: Համակարգ մուտք գործելու իրավունք ձեռք բերելու ցանկություն ունեցող մաքսային մասնագետի որակավորում չունեցող անձն անհատական օգտանուն և ծածկագիր ստանալու համար մաքսային մարմին է ներկայացնում թղթային կրիչով դիմում»,-տեղեկացրել է Լևոն Ղամբարյանը:
ՊԵԿ-ը մաքսային ձևակերպումների շարունակական պարզեցմամբ կատարելագործում է մաքսային գործընթացները՝ նոր ծառայություններով նպաստելով արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության դյուրացմանն ու խթանմանը: «Նոր համակարգն արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնողներին թույլ կտա բարձր արդյունավետությամբ և ժամանակի տնտեսմամբ կազմակերպել իրենց աշխատանքը: Արդյունքում նաև նվազագույնի է հասցվում շփումը մաքսավորի հետ»,-վստահեցրել է Լևոն Ղամբարյանը:
