Ներկայացնում ենք շոկոլադե նրբանլիթների բաղադրատոմս, որոնք համեղ կստացվեն թե լցոնված վիճակում, թե առանց դրա։
Նրբաբլիթները ստավնում են բարակ՝ շոկոլադի թեթև համով։
Որպես լցոնվացք կարելի է օգտագործել ցանկացած միրգ և ընկուզեղեն։
Նշված չափաբաժնով բաղադրիչներից կղտացվի մոտ 10-15 նշբաբլիթ՝ 20 սմ տրամագծով։
Բաղադրիչներ․
Խմորը․
- Ձու՝ 2 հատ
- Շաքարավազ՝ 50 գր
- Կաթ՝ 500 մլ
- Կակաոյի փոշի՝ 20 գր
- Ալյուր՝ 100-130 գր
- Աղ՝ ¼ թեյի գդալ
- Բուսական յուղ՝ 3 ճաշի գդալ
Ինչպես նաև․
- 2-3 բանան
- 100 գր ընկույզ
- 100 գր շոկոլադ։
Պատրաստման եղանակը․
- Ձուն լավ հարել աղի հետ միասին, ավելացնել շաքարավազը՝ կրկին լավ հարել։
- Ավելացնել կակաոյի փոշին, զգուշությամբ խառնել:
- Ավելացնել կաթը և հարիչի ամենացածր արագությամբ խառնել
- Ավելացնել ալյուրը, խառնել, ավելացնել բուսական յուղը և կրկին խառնել:
Տաքացնել թավան, փոքր-ինչ կարագ քսել: Մեջտեղը լցնել խմորը, պտտացնել թավան, որպեսզի խմորը հավասարապես բաշխվի: Ներքևի հատվածը տապակվելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է շրջել և տապակել մյուս կողմից:
Շոկոլադը մանրացնել, դնել ջրային բաղնիքի վրա և հալեցնել: Մանրացնել ընկույզը, բանանները մանր կտրատել և խառնել ընկույզի հետ: Նրբաբլիթի մեջտեղում տեղադրել լցոնը: Ծայրերը շրջել դեպի կենտրոն, փաթաթել և վրան հալացրած շոկոլադ լցնել:
