Դատապարտյալ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը տեղափոխվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում դատապարտված Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը հուլիսի 20-ին տեղափոխվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն՝ «Դատապարտյալների փոխանցման մասին» 1983թ. եվրոպական կոնվենցիայով սահմանված կարգով պատժի մնացած մասը կրելու համար:  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Դատապարտյալի փոխանցումից հետո, համաձայն վերը նշված կոնվենցիայի 10-րդ հոդվածի, օտարերկրյա պետության կայացրած դատավճիռը պետք է ճանաչվի ՀՀ իրավասու դատարանի կողմից՝ կատարելով քրեորեն պատժելի արարքի համապատասխանեցում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքին՝ անփոփոխ թողնելով սահմանված պատիժը:

ՌԴ իրավասու դատարանի դատավճիռը ճանաչելուց և այն կատարման ուղարկելուց հետո ՀՀ ներպետական օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ պատիժը կատարելու համար ուղղիչ հիմնարկի տեսակը և պատիժը կրելու վայրը  որոշում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության տեղաբաշխման հանձնաժողովը:
