Նարեկ Մանթաշյանը ՍԱՊԾ պետին խնդրում է կետ առ կետ պատասխանել, թե կոնկրետ ո՞ր մեղադրանքը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը

ՀՀԿ անդամ, ՀՀ ԳՆ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության «Գոգավան» սահմանային հսկիչ կետի արդեն նախկին պետ Նարեկ Մանթաշյանն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանի պարզաբանմանը, թե բոլոր լուրերը ապատեղեկատվություն են, ինչի համար ՍԱՊԾ-ն կդիմի դատարան։  

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նարեկ Մանթաշյանը հայտարարում է, որ ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը խախտել է իր աշխատանքային իրավունքը և իրեն պաշտոնից ազատվել անօրինական ձևով:

Նա իր Facebook-ի էջում, մասնավորապես գրել է. «Դիտեցի ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանի հարցազրույցը և անկեղծ ասած հարցերիս ու խնդիրների շարանը ավելի է ընդլայնում, լավ կարող է արդյոք պետական այդպիսի լուրջ կառույցի ղեկավարը իրավագիտակցություն չունենալ այս աստիճան:

Սկսեմ իմ բարձրացրած այն խնդիրներից, որոնք ըստ պարոն Կարապետյանի ապատեղեկատվություն են, կխնդրեմ կետ առ կետ պատասխանել, թե կոնկրետ, որ կետը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը

1. Հայտարարել եմ, որ ինձանից դիմում վերցվել է մայիսի 31-ին, եթե պատրաստ եք և դեմ չեք, ես նույնիսկ պատրաստ եմ ձեռագրաբանական փորձաքննության ծախսերը ինքս հոգալ և դիմումս տանել փորձաքննության

2. Ես հայտարարել եմ, որ դիմումումս բացակայել է ամսաթիվը

3. Ես հայտարարել եմ, որ ինձ չի տրամադրվել կնիքները աշխատանքային

4. Ես հայտարարել եմ, որ Սերտիֆիկատները վերջանալուց հետո չեն տրամադրվել

5. Ինձ չի տրվել քաղաքացիական ծառայության դասային աստիճան

6. Ձեզ գրված զեկուցագրի արդյունքում Բուսասանիտարական կնիքի վերաբերյալ չի տրվել լուծում

7. Ծառայությունում անցկացված ՍՀԿ պետերի խորհրդակցությանը հրավիրվել է իմ փոխարեն Արտակ Թաթոյանը

8. Չի բավարարվել իմ` օրենքի պահանջով դիմումս հետ կանչելու իրավունքը

9. Հայտարարում եմ, որ իմ հանդեպ դրսևորվել է անհատական անձնապես ընդգծված վատ վերաբերմունք, ինչը ապացուցեցիք նաև դուք` պարոն Կարապետյան, Ձեր խոսքում հղում կատարելով իմ աշխատանքային կենսագրությանը

10. Հայտարարել եմ, որ Ձեր յուրայիններն են ղեկավարում ծառայությունը, մասնավորապես համակուրսեցիներ, ՓՄՁԶԱԳ նախկին աշխատակիցներ և ազգականներ

Խնդրում եմ, նաև` հորդորում, որպեսզի դատարանում անհարմար վիճակում չհայտնվեք, պատասխանեք թե վերոգրյալ 10 կետերից, որը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, կամ ձեր բնորոշմամբ ապատեղեկատվություն է»։
