ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է սուտ մատնություն կատարելու եւ պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց տարբեր հանցագործությունների մեջ հանիրավի մեղադրելու փաստով հարուցված եւս մեկւ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
ՀՔԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալ Անդրանիկ Հակոբյանը սուտ մատնություն է կատարել: Վերջինս, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, հաղորդում է տվել, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչն իր վերաբերյալ քննած քրեական գործը դատարան ուղարկելուց հետո այցելել է ՔԿՀ ու պահանջել, որ դատարանում իրեն մեղավոր ճանաչի իր կողմից չկատարված խարդախությունների եւ գողությունների մեջ` սպառնալով հակառակ դեպքում կալանավորել իր մորը` նույն քրեական գործով ամբաստանյալ Ա. Հակոբյանին:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում, այդ թվում` դատապարտյալի անձնական գործի զննությամբ եւ հարցաքննված անձանց ցուցմունքներով հիմնավորվել է, որ քննիչը դատապարտյալի մատնանշած ժամերին ՔԿՀ չի այցելել, եւ վերջինս ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկություններ է հաղորդել տեղի չունեցած հանցագործության մասին` քննիչին հանիրավի մեղադրելով պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու մեջ:
Հանցագործության վերաբերյալ սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար Ա. Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Այս քրեական գործերի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` այն հաստատելու եւ դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
