Հայաստանն էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգը կոնցեսիոն կառավարման է հանձնում մասնավորին

Կառավարությունը հաստատեց էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգը կոնցեսիոն պայմանագրով օպերատորին փոխանցելու համար անցկացված մրցույթի արդյունքները՝ մրցույթի հաղթող ճանաչելով համատեղ գործունեության պայմանագրով հանդես եկող «Sylex SARL» ընկերությունից (Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնություն) և «Մեյսիս Ապահով» ՍՊԸ-ից (ՀՀ) բաղկացած համատեղ ձեռնարկությանը:
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը նշեց, որ համակարգի ծրագրային ապահովման մշակումը, սերվերային ենթակառուցվածքի նախագծումը, մատակարարումն ու տեղադրումը և ՀՀ տարածքում գործող 6 բուժհաստատություններում պիլոտային փորձարկումը իրականացվել է 2014-2015 թթ. ընթացքում:
«2017 թ. սկզբից համակարգին միացվել են պետական մասնակցությամբ առողջապահական ոլորտի մի շարք հաստատություններ, որոնց պետական պատվերի շրջանակում հաշվետվությունների կազմումն արդեն իսկ իրականացվում է համակարգի միջոցով։ ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրով նախատեսվում է համակարգի ամբողջական ներդրումը ՀՀ բոլոր բուժհաստատություններում իրականացնել 2017 թ. և 2018 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց նախարարը: Ալթունյանի խոսքով, համակարգի հետագա շահագործումը և զարգացումն ապահովելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել համակարգը կոնցեսիոն կառավարման հանձնել միասնական օպերատորին, որի համար ձևավորվել է միջգերատեսչական գնահատող հանձնաժողով, կազմակերպվել և իրականացվել է բաց մրցույթ։
