 Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ միասին Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ներկա է գտնվել Ճարտար քաղաքի օրվան նվիրված գլխավոր միջոցառմանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սևակ Ղուկասյանի անվան մարզամշակութային պալատում կազմակերպված մշակութային միջոցառման շրջանակում ներկայացվել է Ճարտարի հիմնադրման պատմությունն ու անցած ուղին: Տոնական միջոցառումն ուղեկցվել է ազգագրական երգ ու պարով: Հանդիսավոր արարողության շրջանակում Ճարտար քաղաքի զարգացման գործում ներդրած ջանքերի համար Ճարտարի քաղաքապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին շնորհել է Ճարտարի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչում:  Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով գնահատանքի համար՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը վստահեցրել է, որ Երևանի և Արցախի Ճարտար քաղաքի միջև ձևավորված համագործակցությունը հետզհետե էլ ավելի կամրապնդվի ու կընդլայնվի` ապահովելով  շարունակական զարգացում:

Երևան և Ճարտար քաղաքների միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Ճարտարի քաղաքապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանին պարգևատրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի ոսկե մեդալով:

Տոնական միջոցառման ժամանակ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը Ճարտարի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչում է շնորհել նաև Երևանի Ավան վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Մանվել Ջավադյանին: ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանն էլ արժանացել է Ճարտարի քաղաքապետի շնորհակալագրի:

Հարկ է նշել, որ տոնի առիթով Երևանից Ճարտար են ժամանել նաև երգիչներ և պարային խմբեր, ովքեր «Ողջունում է Երևանը» խորագրով համերգային ծրագրով կշնորհավորեն ճարտարցիներին:

Ճարտարի օրվան նվիրված տոնական միջոցառումները կշարունակվեն մինչ ուշ երեկո:
